We went on the evening of 8/30/26 and the service was extremely SLOWWW, even without a full house! Need to get more staff or train the servers to be more efficient. There's no reason we had to wait at least 45 mins for our food which is unacceptable. We witnessed other customers getting slow service as well.
The food was so good & our server was so sweet and did a great job. We had our dog with us, but they let us dine on the patio and brought Milo a doggie bowl of water. We thought that was sweet of them. What a cool place. We'll be back soon!
Hula Bay is a casual place in a beautiful setting. Food was great and our server Nikee was warm, welcoming and so nice. When we are in the area again we will be back!
