“There is no finer place to go in the Tampa Bay Area than Walk On’s - Midtown. Great food, a friendly staff and a great selection of drinks. Whether you wish to watch a game, meet with friends or take the family out for a nice time, Walk On’s - Midtown. Is your spot. Every place in town serves food and drink however, it is people that bring you back… and Walk On’s has the best staff in the area!“
“We were in town for a short time visiting friends and came in for lunch. I had the burger, and it was one of the tastiest burgers I have had. I really enjoyed it. Everyone in our party was very happy with their choices. The atmosphere was really cute inside and they had many tables outside. The service was very good.“
“You walk in, smell the candle burning, which, for my nose, was overwhelming. You're greeted warmly. You don't wait long to be seated (reservation) and are met by your server pretty quickly. Being things are made fresh, there is a slight delay between things to the table. Fair trade for fresh and delicious food. My favorite thing was the way staff worked together. There was never an empty glass, and no finished plates were left. The food was amazing, the desert was heavenly and the atmosphere was great! Take away? If it's in your budget, even if just for a special occasion, go! Also, get the dang carrot cake because, WOW!“
“I demolished it sorry no pics! LOL! Speedy service fresh food…reasonably priced! My coworker told me to try it out soooo glad I did! The atmosphere is quaint the food delicious! I will definitely be back Mr.&Mrs Crab (once my favorite) might have to make some room for Dummy Crabby! Right now they have a BOGO deal HURRY UP AND BUY! Lol (no paid advertisement just enjoy good food & good music! Be blessed Dummy Crabby“
“My husband and I had a dinner date here last week and really enjoyed it. We started with the Ahi Tuna Tartare. It was out of this world. It was also such a generous portion. I had the Wood-Grilled Tenderloin salad. The tenderloin was so tender, and the veggies in the salad were crisp. I would definitely order this again. I took half home for ljnch the next day. My husband got the Boneless Rainbow Trout. He also really enjoyed his dish. We did get the carrots cake dessert, but scarfed it down so fast I didn't get a pic. Our server, Paul, was attentive and very pleasant. He was amazing. We will definitely be back soon.“
“My dry aged ribeye was excellent however, my wife and our cousin said their steaks weren't as good as Bone Fish. The 11 Oz filet mignon was dry and our cousin's NY strip was okay. Our biggest disappointment was the side of king crab was only half a leg( literally a half of a leg cut in half for an extra,$32 or $35 is not justifiable. ) the lobster Mac n cheese was just okay, and Brussel sprouts were okay. On the positive note our SERVER CHRIS BUZAS was amazing. He was professional, attentive and complementary. Bravo Chris.“
“Don’t typically write reviews but I want to start giving people their flowers more. Upon entry, we were greeted by a sweet and confident host - She addressed me by name and said happy birthday upon locating my reservation - Thank you Kirsten!Coming from a restaurant background, I subconsciously count the minutes it takes to be greeted once sat. Welp, Brandon greeted us with within 2 minutes and immediately acknowledged the celebration in our visit. He was very personable, diligent and knowledgeable on all things Capital Grille. Our food was brought to us in a timely manner. Each course was cleared prior to bringing out the next which I can always appreciate. Brandon checked on us about 60-90 seconds after each course was delivered which is an absolutely bonus to me!We had the following:Cesar Salad: 8.5/10Lobster Bisque: 8/10NY Strip: 8.5/10 - I could’ve used a tad more flavorFilet: 9/10 - “ “Lobster Mac: 7/10Cream Corn w/bacon: 7.5/10Crème Brûlée: 8.5/10Really appreciates the complimentary dessert and birthday candle. All in all, good food, AMAZING SERVICE! We’ll return! Thank you Brandon for a lovely time!!Oh and we absolutely adored the older gentlemen from Chile who was resetting the tables - I feel awful I didn’t catch his name but super sweet! Thanks everyone!!“
“Lima is now one of my favorite places to eat. The restaurant has an amazing and welcoming vibe. The Service is one of the best you'll ever experience. If you are new to Peruvian food, they will give you the best recommendations to experience the most delicious dishes of Peruvian Cuisine you could have. The Peruvian Rotisserie chicken was juicy , tender, and perfect.“
“If you have ever eaten Mexican Food in San Francisco & MISSED it... Well just go to Lorita's. I swear you will think that you are there. The Flavor, Quality & Quantity screams SF, & look at the 3,500 Miles you just skipped. Do yourself & Your Tastebuds a huge favor & try Lorita's. #NoRegretsHere.“
“Enjoyed my vacation here by closing out my vacation with an exceptional dining experience. Friendly from the door to our exit appetizer arrived in perfect timinbalong with the rest of our meal. Gentleman named Bradley or Brad was absolutely above average. Could talk a little less but great guy.out rainbow trout .and my wife's smoky butter filet was superbly cooked. Will visit next trip n a few months nice job goes o the general manager for such a diverse staff n control of the establishment' Nicely done“
“Everything was spectacular! I came here kind of by accident because my original plans were derailed and I knew this was near my hotel. The staff was so nice and took such good care of me. I got a single pork chop and garlic mashed potatoes...best chop ever! I wish they would do a half portion of the sides but other than that, my only ask is that they never change who they are. Truly a wonderful meal.“
“All around great place. We've been twice now, first time had reservations for dinner and the second just stopped in. Definitely recommend having reservations if you want to dine in. The second time we managed a spot at the bar, which was fine as we had tickets to a concert, but if you want the full experience, book your time to go. The Lobster Linguine was fantastic. Can't wait to go back.Parking: Good size parking lot, two I think, for customers.“
“Our wait dress was so inviting and very helpful when we ordered. Check on us many times if we need anything .She even checked on us after our food came. The rest of the support team were right on mark. Also, they always checked ✔️ on us. It was a wonderfulEaster Dinner and evening ? ? ☺️ ?.“
“Traveling, wanted seafood at the last minute. Service was great, welcomed us in even though it was closing time. My only hang up was that the shrimp are not deveined or split down the back, so we just ordered sausage and corn and the taste was really good, nice spicy heat to it.“
“An esthetically beautiful place with stylish interior, good quality service, an acceptable, but not outstanding food. First disappointment was when I was greeted by one of hostesses who did not smile or made me feel welcome. She also provided lunch menus instead of brunch menus as it seemed that doing her job was a bother to her. Luckily, our server, Frankie, was great, and he made sure we got the attention we needed. He described Predalina as a Seafood-Driven Mediterranean Cuisine restaurant, explained in details various menu items, and made some food recommendations. However, when one of my friends received her Crab Benedict, lump crab patty was extremely dry / overcooked and poached eggs that are usually the star of any eggs Benedict, to our great disappointment, looked more like hard-boiled eggs. Manager stopped by the table to take the benedict back to substitute for an omelet. Myself and my other friend ordered an omelet each also, I just added avocado to mine. I'd give this omelet 4.5 stars. It came with a side salad + roasted tomato, spinach, onion, feta, chive inside the omelet, crispy potato, and a toasted sourdough on a side - which was so delish! My hazelnut latte was 3/5 only because hazelnut syrup tasted artificially, but both of my friends really enjoyed their decaf latte as well as lavender chai latte. One more thing I would like to mention is that it was very cold inside. *Parking: you can park at $4 per hour at E. Cumberland Avenue parking garage with plenty of space available or use a valet for $30+. I look forward to trying this place for dinner. Hoping for a 5-star experience next time.“
“What a fun place for dinner and drinks. My party had Beef short ribs, lemon chicken and grilled fish. The bread plate and artichokes were great to wake up the palate.Everything was superb! It can be difficult to find a reservation, so plan ahead!“
“This place truly captures the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. The shawarma is delicious, falafel is crispy, kebbeh is bursting with flavor, and the baba ghanoush is simply divine. It’s a genuine, must-try experience for anyone craving authentic Mediterranean dishes!Vegetarian options: Really good vegetarian options“
“For the budget conscious diner. Two appetizers, Crab Cakes cup of soup; Two dinners, Salmon and Snapper; one martini drink; 20% tip $160.00. I was a fantastic meal and great atmosphere to share with close friends visiting from out of town. Highly recommended for those special occasions.“
“If you want to go out for Thai food - definitely go to Pinto Thai! I love the food, the ownership is responsive and cares about being part of the community. I even had a situation that was a little off once and they called the next day to make it right...they care. Please visit Pinto Thai if you are in the area.“
“It was my very first time eating at a ramen restaurant and I was not disappointed. The service and ambiance were excellent and the waiter was super friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The food arrived very quickly and everything was very fresh and nicely displayed it was totally more than I expected. I will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Give them a try.“
“Went for a day after Valentines Day dinner, which was our first time here. The food and the service were great. The atmosphere was modest and had the feel of a neighborhood tavern, but it did not take away from the quality of the food and service. It's not something we do all the time due to the price but will definitely return.“
“We visit ballast point often and finally tried this place out, it’s been a must at each visit since. Their fish and chips are mine and my husbands favorite and each one of their soups are equally delicious! We just recently tried their ice which did not disappoint!! There’s free parking and designated restaurant parking, great views of Tampa, and a nice dock to walk down before or after your meal. We can’t wait to come back!“
“A Roy wow amazing food even better service combine combine all of that and it was a Roy wow this place you must go to and try the waiter fit right in with my family funny kind and made us lough we tried a lot of different food some almost gone in the pick but was so good forgot to take the picks oh had to update and add the old fashion pic and review presentation was perfect and taste even better“
“Everyone in our party of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids, loved it! Great view, even in a storm, and the food was really good and fresh! The waitress was so polite and she kept making sure t he kids were happy! The beer was cold, the food was great and everyone was friendly!“
“Love it. Second Riverside I know closer to me. At least this location well plan with nicer interior. Table is well place and room for dining. We start with the conch fritters. Good value and enough conch meat. Fritter fried correctly. The second dish is the blackened 15 shrimp blackened shrimp a la carte. The shrimp is big. Good blackened seasoning. The last dish is the 15 fried shrimp. I like the coating. Overall is good seafood place. The combo plate is affordable. Value for the seafood also good.“
“Awesome wine tastings and great service. Our tasting person was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We also enjoyed another cocktail and appetizers in the restaurant. We are wine club members and just upgraded our membership... If you go every month it is a great value.“
“The food and service at The Pearl was wonderful. We were visiting Tampa for the first time and this restaurant was on the Tampa Golf Cart Tour. After our tour guide explained that it was new as well as delicious, I immediately made reservations and The Pearl did not disappoint!! My fiancé ordered the shrimp and grits which he said was amazing! The deviled eggs are served displayed on this cute chicken egg holder for lack of knowing what to call the kitchen gadget but they were definitely delicious! I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich .... Very tasty and much better quality in comparison to any fried other fried chicken sandwich from restaurants in the same category. I highly recommend going here for any meal offered. We will be back.“
“On a recommendation from the Comfort Suites staff down the street I gave them a try. Wow they are right! Food is songbook, nice portion size and fair price. The Pad Kee Mao or Drunken Noodles were perfect. The right amount of sauce, not swimming in it, and the proportions of items to noodles was well balanced. Wish I had more time to go back. Owners are a husband and wife team and she is from Thailand. Cannot get more authentic than that.“
“Came in 30 minutes before close and the staff couldn’t care less. We were served with the utmost respect even if we were an inconvenience to them on a slow week night. From the Bruschetta to start, to the pasta and chicken as our entree, then finishing with dessert the entire meal was spectacular and has us wanting to come again next time we visit Tampa!“
“Like everything around here, the space is very pleasant, clean and organized. Security is one of the biggest attractions, as we don't have this very important item in Recife. I do not see beggars, beggars or situations degrading human beings, capable of compromising the leisure of any mortal. Unfortunately, we live in a country rich in natural resources, but poor in political/human aspects. Brazil, unfortunately, continues to go against the grain of developed and civilized countries!!!“
“Ordered takeout from Shells twice on vacation. I think they do a lot of takeout (shelves upfront, well-packed takeout bags, etc). We enjoyed everything we had - clam chowder, seafood pasta, mahi mahi, fried combo platter, cole slaw, cheesecake and key lime pie. Prices are incredibly reasonable compared to other seafood places in this part of Tampa.“
“We really like this place and it was our go-to for many months. Recently the parking has been a nightmare (not the restaurant issue to be sure) but the recent change to hostess seating has us considering other options. We like to sit at a bar table but with the new policy we can’t make this request.“
“We were looking for a new place to try, and I'm so glad we found this one! The host and hostess were super nice as soon as we walked in the door. We were a little early for our reservation, but they seated us immediately. (The seat in the booth needed to be recovered, but it wasn't horrendous.) Our waitress (Azaria) came right over and got our drinks and asked if we had questions. Being our first visit, we had plenty. She was so super nice and helpful. She gave us a few minutes and came back to get our order. Azaria came back to the table with an order of their pretzels because she thought it was taking a while for our food. As she was grabbing the pretzels, she realized our food was being plated and that it would be out in a few minutes. My husband ordered the ribeye, and I ordered the filet. Our steaks were both cooked perfectly, and my baked potato was SO good. It wasn't like most that have been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The inside was light and fluffy, and the jacket was perfectly seasoned and not rubbery at all! It was such a great experience. We will absolutely be back! Their menu has a little of everything, but it's not overwhelming. You will NOT leave hungry or disappointed.“
“THE CAJUN SAUCE is ELITE!!! We ordered a crab platter and a couple of Shrimp Po Boys. If you're familiar with the world famous Parkway Po Boy in Nawlins this Po Boy competes. The bread was the best in Tampa and the Cajun sauce too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! The crab was decent for snow crab and the sauce again seals the deal! The owners and operator work super hard to please their patrons. The ambiance and service were both great!“
“Unbelievable! So fresh and tasty you will be thrilled with anything on this amazing menu.Howie is so welcoming and created a beautiful poke salmon bowl like no other, the conch fritters from his receipes from his native St Croix were out of this world, my husband a fried grouper connasauar loved his sandwich. The food is so fresh, presentation awesome, taste terrific!“
“The food here is always fresh tasting. Varied menu, great salads and tasty and tender beef. The chix pasta soup tastes like Mom's chix pot pie. I would never order chix strips in a restaurant but the person next to me convinced me and they are crazy-good. Atmosphere is always upbeat.I'm back again (every few months). Terrific French dip sandwich. Service is always awesome but Johnny at the bar is the awsomest!“
“The food was delicious. We had a boil that had green & blue mussels, 2.5 lbs of snow crab legs, sausage, shrimp, crawfish, potatoes n corn, Mr n Mrs crab seasoning, and medium heat. Nothing was over or under cooked - tricky with a boil sometimes. Our waiter was also tending bar and didn't miss a beat. And the atmosphere allowed for conversation. We have no complaints.“
“1st time there was a little surprised and doubtful re the food taste & presentation. Did not know what to expect. Went back a second time with a clearer understanding the type of food and style. Both times the food was delicious! Service was fast friendly & professional. I would definitely recommend this place for some good ole fashion, tasty Louisiana shrimp, crab, etc boil!“
“Nice place to do some water side dining. Our server Noah was really good. There were about 3 conventions going on at the hotel; it was a mad house.Because of that the food did take a bit. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry. The food was good. Ordered lots of seafood. The charred octopus was delicious. Two big tentacle chucks to cut up.The Grouper dip was amazing. Our kids are up both of these. The Grouper sandwich was ok. The fillet itself was great. Just probably would have been better on rice instead of on a bun.The cuban was tasty. All in all, we didn't expect to run into all the conventions, and the staff was great at still staying attentive to us in the chaos.I would go back.“
“Stopped in today to get some of this chicken that i have been seeing online I got the six whole wings and fries and a okra, and let me tell you hands dwn I can’t find good fried chicken anywhere else it was fresh crispy on the outside juicy on the inside that okra will make you holla my goodness the customer service 10/10 when you walk in the door the music and the way they greet you make you feel right at home, I will most definitely be back yall betta run and get you some“
“The worker are very nice although she speaks Spanish she types on her phone in English to tell me my price and things i want to add or take off i love how sweet she is the cook is very nice also i go there all the time the cuban sandwiches are so good better then other sandwich shops i say go there all the food is good“
“Delicious and generously portioned, grouper sandwich. Although the onion rings are hand battered and crispy, and I could tell that the fry oil is fresh, they had very little taste otherwise.Do not expect a luxury environment. It is definitely a mom and pop shop which I liked.“
“Came here to try the gator, did not disappoint. Service was quick and friendly, atmosphere was what you would expect and I enjoyed it. If I'm ever back down in the area, I'll try to stop by to enjoy some live music and some more gator.“
“It was our first time visiting this restaurant and trying out Peruvian cuisine for my son’s birthday, and everything turned out perfectly. The seemingly owner and our waitress were very friendly, service was great, food quality/portion/price is great as well. We will definitely come back.“
“Ordered two grouper sandwiches to go. Parking is definitely tight. This is a neighborhood fish market, not a fancy restaurant. But I care more about quality and cost. There were 3 grouper patties on one sandwich! The fries were totally fresh out of the basket. My 8 yr doesn't like fish and he said it was amazing. Definitely a great place to grab grouper. I'm a grouper fan and most places cost a lot but the grouper is not worth returning. We will be back. This will be a place we will save in our favorites.Parking: Very small lot shared with a hair salon.“
“Neat location with many counter service options for everyone! The fish and chips were great. I went with the cod but could also have tried grouper (such a Florida option). Fries were thin cut and hush puppies were magical. The sweet heat sauce was def more heat than sweet but great for both the chicken and the fish.“
“Tonight I ordered dinner from Four Brothers Eatery. AMAZING FOOD.The mix of spices they use is so sweet and tangy and flavorful. My family each ordered something different and none of us were disappointed. The portions, flavor, temperature were over the top. Leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Yummy!!! Definitely will be ordering from them again“
“I love this restaurant. There are certainly fancier places, but if you want the freshest seafood perfectly prepared, this is the place to go.I much prefer the casual, comfortable atmosphere of Lobster Haven. As soon as you walk in the door, you realize you are going to be in for a seafood treat. My mother was in a nearby assisted living facility for a few years. She loved Lobster Haven as did I and I would take Mom there every other week for dinner. She passed away and unfortunately the restaurant is quite a distance from my home, so I stopped going. I was still on their mailing list and finally made it back in this past Friday. The food, I had shrimp and crab legs, was excellent. Very fresh and cooked perfectly. The woman who waited on me was great. Friendly and attentive, always nearby if I needed something. This is the way a local Florida seafood restaurant should be. I'll be back much sooner.“
“We were visiting the Zoo and were looking for a quick place to grab a bite to eat. I love the ambience of the place. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Felt like a local everybody knows each other spot. The food was great. If I lived closer I’d be a repeat customer. Definitely a good place to a stop In if you’re in the area going to the zoo.“
“Ponte does not disappoint! I took my husband there last night for his birthday and from start to finish, it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere is elegant and modern but not ostentatious or garish. The food and drinks were creative, expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and unbelievably delicious. And I cannot say enough about the staff. From Samantha, the hostess; Tyler, the manager; Bill, our server; and Matt, the sous chef; to the young man serving the bread and the multiple other staff who kept our water glasses full, everyone was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and engaging. Samantha, in particular, handled a very aggressive and arrogant disgruntled man in the most diplomatic and professional manner. And this man was so aggressive that my husband and I almost intervened on Samantha’s behalf. But her diplomacy and professionalism did not waiver. To say she impressed us is an understatement. All in all, this was by far one of the best, if not the best restaurant experiences we have ever had. We will definitely return.“
