Neat location with many counter service options for everyone! The fish and chips were great. I went with the cod but could also have tried grouper (such a Florida option). Fries were thin cut and hush puppies were magical. The sweet heat sauce was def more heat than sweet but great for both the chicken and the fish.
Good (generally local) seafood option at Sparkman Wharf. It's the Lenten season, so my Friday meal options are limited. I was happy to have the opportunity to try out the Half Moon Seafood Company for dinner before going bowling with my family at Splitsville. My husband and I split an order of the fish (cod) and chips and the shrimp and shrimp. There was a grouper option, but I generally prefer cod for fish and chips. It was very sweet and mild. The best crab cakes I’ve had with an awesome sauce that adds to it! The hush puppies were so crispy on the outside and warm in the outside! The fried bird sandwich was amazing! Must go!
