“My wife and I arrived on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025 at 2:30 and found the place empty except for an older couple (like us) sitting at the bar which we sat at as well. We were greeted by Kalen who was bartender/waiter and was happy to share the history of his family restaurant. We have been displaced New Englanders for close to ten years and know good seafood and UNTIL TODAY was convinced it was never going to be found in Florida! We ordered two beers after taste testing four or five of their micro brews. Ordered two Clam Chowders , a Clam Basket (with bellies, which are non-existent in Florida), and a Lobster Roll, (Maine Style, which means "cold") and one of their famous Maine Whoopie Pies all for under a hundred dollars! FLORIDA , IF YOU WANT TO TASTE WHAT REAL SEAFOOD SHOULD TASTE LIKE....THIS IS THE PLACE! It is not an easy place to find but we will be back with all our New England friends that is for sure!“

“I go here often and I am always impressed with on how often they refresh the food. It doesn't matter if it's lunch or dinner or if there are 3 customers or 30 they are always on top of it. The food is tasty, plentiful and cheap for that you get to choose from.“

The birthday boy has the Mango Nut Crusted Grouper (Fresh Florida Grouper crusted with macadamia, pistachio, and walnuts with a Mango Beurre Blanc & coconut basmati rice.) The atmosphere was inviting - our locals enjoyed the signature dishes and the menu selections, and our out-of-town family was impressed the location, food and service.“

“We ate here 2 nights while staying on the beach this week. The hummus and flatbread along with their house salad for a starter was sooo good. The coconut shrimp was good and the coconut curry snapper was the best fish I have ever tasted and I grew up in Florida. The dish is not sweet and the flavor is amazing along with fish cooked perfect. Don’t hesitate to eat here it was our best meal when in St Pete Beach. Thanks Snappers we will be back!“

“Best meal of our trip to Florida!!!! We came here highly recommended after our sunset dolphin cruise and it was perfect. The atmosphere was a blast and the service by Brytnie was excellent. Most of us are from Kansas so we are not necessarily a seafood crowd, but we really loved the fish we got. I had fish street tacos, the fried grouper, and it was fantastic. It tasted so fresh and like I definitely wasn't in Kansas anymore. Many of us tried our first gator tale which just tasted like Cajun seasoning. The drinks were super cheap!!! This was all in all SUCH a hit. It's the kind of place I'd want to be a regular at if I lived nearby!“

“Excellent restaurant on sand key! A must stop place. If you want a real treat, hit it up on Thursday for prime rib. If you want seafood their bacon wrapped scallops are pure delicious. The food wasn’t all that when I was there a few months ago but Jeff has really turned it around to a successful place. Love the new menu. “4 of 5 Star review Came to Florida for my bachelorette trip and chose this place as the place I wanted to have a “nice dinner.” We had a reservation at 8pm. The bar messed up 2 of our 5 drinks, which the waitress had remade and apologized saying the got a rush. All the food (conch platter, seafood pasta, crab legs, 4oz filet, and fresh vegetable pasta) was yummy and came old hot and well seasoned, though the steak was overcooked (ordered medium) Would have been 5 stars, but our waitress took 40 minutes to simply get us our checks and run our cards😅“

“We really liked the tradition of the Palm Pavillion. We enjoyed our visits there. We decided to try things out now that they have changed to Crabby’s. The atmosphere was still great, the gift shop still had the cute apparel items, the staff was friendly and attentive. The thing that will make us come back frequently though was the food and menu selection. The menu isn’t huge but has a lot of different options. The food was so good. Everything was fresh & hot. Our group had pasta, shrimp, fish and beach nachos, and cocktails & everyone loved their food. I loved the Palm Pavillion and it made me sad to see a change but this is a great place. Looking forward to going back.“
