Food is excellent. Service was not good. It took ten minutes to be acknowledged after being seated. And we were not asked if we wanted dessert when done. Is bread served with meal here?
Walks in for Lunch for 2, hot day, cool cafe inside the Karol Hotel. Had the Crispy sweet Brussel Sprouts as an app, Fish Tacos-said to be very good, Hummus Bowl and a couple glasses of wine. Excellent, attentive service.
Amazing food and vibes. Drinks were made perfectly by our Barteder Derek and the host JT was absolutely amazing and commodating to us to make our dining experience fantastic. We overall had an amazing experience. Felt well taken care of and the food was absolutely yummy!!

Katch Bistro | The Karol Hotel is a hidden gem off the beaten path in St. Pete. The ambiance is refined, the service is consistently attentive, and the cuisine is exceptional. The servers Brook Lynn, Dulce, Faith and manager JT are kind, prompt, and attentive. The service is consistently excellent, and the food is always outstanding. The filet, braised short rib, and grouper bites are awesome. Don't sleep on the hot honey chicken. The key lime pie is a great way to finish a meal. Weekend brunch is 10/10 delish. The food exceeded expectations. It is easily one of the favorite restaurants in the St. Petersburg area.
