The restaurant is very lively with cool decorations from floor to ceiling!! They have great music playing which adds to the great experience!! “We went for the $37 Wednesday crab leg special. I was very disappointed. Two of the 3 clusters were soggy, as if they had been cooked previously. Could hardly get any meat out as the legs were spongy and couldn’t be cracked. The third cluster was very nice. Easy to crack and nice pieces of meat, but by then, the butter was coagulated and couldn’t be used. Definitely not worth the price in this particular instance. Maybe I should have sent them all back“

My son was wearing a Cincinnati Bengals shirt and was selected to draw the winner of their drawing! The food was delicious if you love all things Southern, Cajun, or seafood. I had the Torpedo and collard greens...both were outstanding! Full of flavor! The fresh, crusty French bread... the buttery cajun sauce...The shrimp and scallops were not over cooked, but juicy and plump.. so, so good! The greens were seasoned and fully cooked. The service was excellent, as we had several people check in on us. It appeared that everyone was working as a team to create an enjoyable experience for all of their customers. “Really good food. I had the Fire Island Shrimp starter, a Buffalo Grouper Sandwich with a side of fries. Beer was inexpensive and the Mai Tai was on special for $5. Kind of small and loud for a couple of mi utes ( but that was just one local who soon left). Frenchy’s also has other locations within walking distance, probably worth checking out.“

The food wasn’t all that when I was there a few months ago but Jeff has really turned it around to a successful place. Love the new menu. “I went to the Lucky Lobster with a large group of 15 from work. I ordered the steamed Lobster and my colleagues had ordered the lobster roll. We had many appetizers from fried oysters, shrimp, calamari and the bacon wrapped scallops. The food was cooked perfectly and the service was great. The restaurant was clean (including the bathrooms). I would definitely go again and would recommend!“
