“Looking for a nice place to eat, try this place. It is in a small strip mall on 14th Street and Gulf Blvd. I am glad I found it. It's a small place with very good food. Every thing we tried was very good. I will be sure to go back next year when we stay here again. The grouper sandwich I had was very good. My wife enjoyed the fried shrimp and my daughter had a very good chicken taco. Overall, an extremely delicious meal for a good price. I do recommend giving it a try!“
“Great sea food and great service, we had red snapper, buffalo grouper, surf and turf, and a steak, all was excellent but the steak, overcooked. However I still give 5 stars because this place strength is sea food, I would not order steak here :) I will be back for sure“
“Small beach bar with good drinks and good food! A great spot to hit when you need a break from the heat on the beach and to grab a snack. Get the coconut shrimp I promise you won’t regret it.Parking: Very difficult to park just due to beach location.“
“Really fun place if you're staying out in Indian Rocks. Bar & Atmosphere are awesome, and the staff are great. Food on the other hand was pretty bad. The crab soup had no crab and was so salty that none of us could eat it. All our corn chips were very stale and the fish tacos didn't seem too fresh. Overall though we had a great time there once we moved to the bar.“
“We have been here twice and have been quite pleased with the food and service. Food is pricy but so are most places these days. The gumbo is excellent but my grouper sandwich was small and lacked in flavor. Can be quite busy at times. Overall, I would recommend this place.“
“My husband and I had dinner here tonight. We had stuffed mushrooms for our appetizer. Also, had a loaf of bread. We both ordered spaghetti. He had meatballs, I had meat sauce. Everything was delicious! Prompt, courteous service. Our waiter was Shawn. Super nice person. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.“
“What a shame ? For many years, we have been frequent patrons and always looked forward to going. Yesterday just made us think twice and check out PJ’s the next time. The service was not up to expectations and I truly believe she was also cooking or prepping. The place was empty for the most part and yet waited long for food and drinks. Then the lobster came out …. burnt and dry. The manager even agreed. Brought another one out and basically the same ?? so the manager discounted 15% and yet we still had to pay the additional 10% service fee they just added a month or so, ago. For what? Lousy food and service? Time to check out PJ’s ?“
“Such a fun place to dine. Worth the wait! Food was excellent, service was even better! We loved the decor, searching through all the old records in the rafters, reading all the dollar bills lining the walls. Food was fresh and arrived quickly despite how busy they were. Highly recommend!“
“Went midday on a Monday for the solar eclipse. The place was empty. The service was good and the food was amazing. Lovely breeze and the umbrella by the water. I had shrimp cake and grits and friends had fish tacos with grouper appetizer.Parking: There were a lot of signs about the parking situation but we asked the front they said it was fine but apparently sometimes they charge on the weekends. Just ask.“
“Our first visit to Guppies was one year ago. We met the nicest girl, Ellen. She was our bartender. One year later, we come back in and she remembered us! Love, this place so much!!!! Thank you Ellen, for making us feel so special!!! Guppies is lucky to have you!!“
