The service was not up to expectations and I truly believe she was also cooking or prepping. The place was empty for the most part and yet waited long for food and drinks. Then the lobster came out …. burnt and dry. The manager even agreed. Brought another one out and basically the same ?? so the manager discounted 15% and yet we still had to pay the additional 10% service fee they just added a month or so, ago. For what? We had Sangria 2 for 1, with fried grouper bites, excellent! Lightly battered, not greasy, yum. Then we had the barbecue pork with sauce on the side, so good. Our waiter Jarred was the best, we weren't sure of the sauce we wanted he brought us two small samples. We had slaw and black beans on the side. “Bar area on the rooftop of the Courtyard by Marriott on E. Shore Dr. on Clearwater Beach. Beautiful views of the bay. We did not have any food as we only stopped up for cocktails on our way to dinner. Bartenders were friendly if not a bit harried as there was a private party going on half of the facilities. But they waited on us and returned with our drink orders promptly. There was no music, so the ambience was that of elegance and not a party. Definitely a great location to start and/or end your evening.“

Literally.We had been passed Salty's a few times in our few days in Clearwater and there was always something going on in respect of live music and we dropped in on our last night.It was a Monday night so wasn't overly busy and a chap with a guitar playing by the door and we sat upstairs over looking the street. Our server was Abigail (i think it was) who was lovely. The service in general was quick and efficient and even when my youngest asked for Cherry Pepsi and they didn't do it Abigail suggested adding a cherry flavour they had to the normal Pepsi and it went down a storm. The food was really good and there wasn't so much you couldn't finish it but wasn't piled up either.My eldest loves a burger and said it was one of the best he had out there and my wife had the Thai Chicken for something different and really enjoyed it. I had the Salty's Chicken burger which wasn't all dried out as ive had in other places.Price wise it was all average for what we had experienced in the US, our meal for 4 with a couple of soft drinks and one bottle of cider was about 70 bucks and ive a liking for the Angry Orchard cider that the chain seems to do.Naturally I got a T-Shirt from there (I'm usually a large and had to go XL so watch the sizes when you buy!) and you get 10% off with the diner receipt.“

If this place were on the beach you'd have standing room only. Sort of a locals place, probably little know but its still walking distance fron the beach. The waitress were very attentive but not bothersome, friendly and treat you like family. The food was great. they have a good variety of food but it's not overwhelming like so.e places. I think you'll be happy. If we had this place where I live.... believe me, it would be packed. The manager actually cares about his customers and what you think. Bottom line..... “We've been searching for a new place. Wings excellent, fries ans onion rings excellent pizza was good. Tracy the bartender/server jack of all trades was amazing. When we told her it was our 1st visit she welcomed us, gave us an overview of the menu, happy hour, events and it really made us feel welcomed and comfortable in the establishment. We got a variety of fries. Rings, wings and pizza, a couple of soft drinks and spent $33 plus tip, and we brought home leftovers. Next time will be less because we won't be over ordering to get a feel for the food quality. Looks like we found a new go to spot when we want to go out without breaking the bank.“

Other than that the pool tables were in very good condition and the felt had no cracks or tears in it. Prices of the drinks were very affordable and the bartender was very knowledgeable. I will also point out that they have the typical bar snacks in a vending machine there. Even though the internet had them listed to be a place having food like shepherd's pie, and I was a bit sad finding out they only had bar snacks.“
