“Best lobster rolls I’ve ever had!! Even our friend’s from the New England states say this place is great! They might not always have a ton of people working and you might need to wait for your food but it’s worth it! Great customer service as well!“
“The foods tastes great, menu is very basic with a lot of options to drinks though.. only issue is bugs and flies do come on you and food. Depending on days lack of servers service can also be an issueWheelchair accessibility: They have a nice open area in the rear where anyone with wheels can easily pull into and should have no issue sitting“
“Just had brunch and it was amazing! Our group got a few things and shared and we loved it all. Crab omelette, stuffed French toast, the bowl and last but not least the breakfast sandwich. The food was a 10/10 but the service I can’t even rate. Joey might have been the best server I have ever had, anywhere. Kind, friendly and attentive! Can’t go wrong eating here any time of the day. For the cherry on top, ask for Joey!“
“Only been here twice since we moved to St. Pete and the staff here are just consistently amazing. Very friendly. Plus the food for its price is just great value for your buck (discount if you’re a Crunch Fitness member). To be honest, their bowl can be good for two people.“
“Went here because I was told the fish nuggets are the best around — and it was so true! The fish nuggets are perfectly breaded, flavorful and have a crunch in each bite that doesn’t taste like grease. The fish tacos came with 3 decent sized tacos — minimal ingredients and big flavors. Everything came super fresh. I believe the nuggets were $16, so they are on the pricey side, but worth a splurge.“
“Outdoor seating in open or under large tiki Pavillion along a waterway and marina. Servers are friendly and helpful. Mahi tacos are the best I have had outside the keys. Limited menu so everything is made wit care.Parking: Many people ride bikes or walk. Parking is limited but we have never had a problem. Worst case there is parking along the road outside the gate a short walk away.Kid-friendliness: Nice view of water and wild life. All the kids I have seen seem to enjoy the food and relaxed lunch time atmoshete.Wheelchair accessibility: At lunch would be the best time to scope out low table seating and get a feel for maneuvering. Small friendly and yummy spot.“
“New York crab has been my favorite restaurant for over 10 years it’s highly recommended and the food is reasonable and great flavor and u get a free alcoholic drink for the adults u gotta go try them out u won’t go wrong and tell a friend to tell a friend , go on their Facebook page they have a lot of daily specials“
“Great Experience!! The atmosphere here at the Doc Ford's St. Petersburg Pier is just as wonderful as their other locations. Now I can say that I've been to all of their locations!! Great food!! Perfectly Crafted Cocktails!! Fantastic Service!! Fabulous Atmosphere!! And, Especially that "Doc Ford's Rum Bar Vibe" that you can expect to feel at each location!! It's a totally submersive thing that you just feel once you step onto the property!! I had the Shrimp Ceviche paired with the Fried Calamari.... Superb!!My BFF of 43 years and I had a great time!!“
“After deciding not to cook for my Wife bday, I decided to order food here...seen it thousands of times, first time ordering...The Staff is amazing...Tina and David were awesome, very friendly and professional....and the food was to die for...I only had appetizers, Crab Stuffed Shrimp, Bacon wrapped shrimp, basil meatballs, gouda spinach dip and the spring salad...everything was exquisite, fresh and so delicious...and can't beat that southern flavors...I can't wait to try all their other dishes. Highly recommend Bayou.“
“We decided since we had some friends along to try the at the table grilling. It is a lot of fun and the food was very good. We ordered an angry tuna sushi roll as well, but would have had plenty of food without it. The grilling combo we got was for four people and came with miso soup and ginger salad for everyone and then a tempura shrimp appetizer. It came with 4 different meats bone in short ribs, spicy pork, beef bulgogi, and chicken. Along with 2 sets of ban chans the little pickled accompaniments and sauces and bowls of white rice. They have beer and a nice selection of Saki and Soju also. The service was quick and friendly, we went early on Saturday evening. They also have plenty of other delicious food options besides the table grilling, if playing with your food is not your deal.“
“Visited while on a trip to Florida for spring break 2024! I ordered a seafood boil, with a lobster tail...it was a little more expensive than the bags I usually get at home in Cleveland! The food was hot, fresh and nicely cooked, with a variety of sauces. The restaurant itself was nicely decorated and staff was pleasant! Will definitely check them out if I'm ever in Tampa again!“
“Can’t believe it took me so long to try this place. Great atmosphere, friendly owner, staff, patrons. Probably the best fresh fish in Tampa area and it’s local. A bit chilly but they had outdoor heaters and would move them to accommodate patrons. I’ll definitely be back!!“
“Love the option of sitting on the outside patio, however we seemed to be an after thought tonight. We arrived at 7 and didn't get food until 830. Prime rib was cold, shrimp was microwaved and ribeye was cold as well. My fajitas were hot, but only knew it cause of the sizzle.Food is consistently good and the price is right where it should be.Service was fine but very slow. Price you pay for wanting to sit outside I guess.“
“I read stellar reviews of this restaurant and walked from Central Avenue to get a takeout for lunch. It was a lengthy walk, but well worth it. I got the grouper and shrimp dinner, with macaroni and cheese and greens as sides. It was all delicious. There are no tables, and I think it's only open until 5:00. St. Pete is a great town, and when I come down for a visit again, I'll be sure to come back here.“
“Newly opened, casual dining restaurant with fresh seafood with generous portions and a friendly staff! We were offered yummy, homemade hush puppies and got the all-you-can-eat snow crabs. The crab legs were seasoned with butter and Old Bay, and came with a side of potatoes, corn on the cob, and sausage. We ate the crab legs and brought home the sides (which will be another hearty meal by themselves). There is a seafood market next to the restaurant, but they will direct you to the right place, if need be.We will be back to try more of the menu.“
“The best fried chicken in the state of florida, the sweet bisuits will bring you back, and the friendliest guy in the world works the counter. The chicken has consistently been crispy and juicy. The quirk is that the place is surrounded by chain chicken restaurants.“
“This place has the best atmosphere! I love the live music, the water views and sitting outside has all the Florida vibes.I usually order the shrimp and grits but this time the shrimp tasted stale and the grits wasn’t as saucy as I’d like. By the time it came to my table it wasn’t hot anymore. I’m disappointed with their lack of consistency. I’m not sure if there’s staff issues or what, but in prior years the food was consistently good and now it’s just “ok”.The kids meals were a hit and the ice cream ? sandwich is a fan favorite. I’ll give them another try simply because of the atmosphere.“
“I just purchased a crab tray, and a bag of crabs from Meka. I will say that they are absolutely delicious and I would recommend her shop to anyone looking for great tasting seafood. Thank you so much for the courteous staff, and delicious food!!!“
“We reserved a private room for my sister's elopement celebration. I was not very happy with the correspondence from our event coordinator, as it felt like I had to follow up several times to get answers. However, on the night of, service was wonderful and they were very accommodating on adding menu options that I forgot to add to our BEO. Overall a wonderful experience and our guests loved the food. Big shout out to our server Angie!“
“Wow wow wow! I cannot recommend this place enough. You wouldn't know it just by looking at the outside, but this has got to be the best crab boil in the St. Pete area - there's quality AND quantity in every order. Fifteen years strong, this location has been providing crazy good flavor in multiple Tampa Bay/St. Pete locations. This location in particular has more parking than space inside. It made it easy to get a spot in line right away, and there was two fans keeping us cool. The couple running everything also happened to be from my mom's home country - so cool! Someone else recommended getting their "famous lemonade" for $1.99, and let me tell you, it's the BEST lemonade I've ever had. DON'T skip out. After some intense deliberation, my mom and decide to go with combo #11: 2 Snow Crabs12 Shrimp6 Sausages12 Mussels3 Corn8 Potatoes For $41.99First of all, what a steal! I only got medium spice, but whatever is in their garlic sauce made everything taste out of this world, even after a fifteen minute drive home with the takeout container. While we wanted to finish everything, the potatoes got the best of us at the end. Some side notes: you can't sit down to eat here, and there definitely isn't the staff capacity to cater to large groups on a walk-in basis. The menu is a little hard to fully grasp upon first site because of how many options there are and how spread out it is across the wall, but take your time and find the combo that's perfect for you!“
“Moved to St pete a year ago and we take all of our friends here! Everyone loves it! It’s so fun and a great value for the amount of seafood you get!!!!Dietary restrictions: My sister is gluten free and actually had options!!!!Kid-friendliness: Kids love coming here! Such a fun place for them!!!!“
“Was Awesome Food. Fantastic.I picked up my order so I went to the business. First Impression was cluttered and then he apologized for the mess that they were working on moving to a new location. I'm sure the contact info is the same since I ordered online and it was ready just a minute after I walked in. I watched them bag my order. The kitchen looked great. It was the hall and lobby that just had a couple of signs some overhead lighting and kitchen equipment. Wherever they are next time I go that's where I go.That's what I'd recommend. That you checkout 727 Seafood 5 Stars easy. ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Oh yeah. I forgot to tell you.I was impressed with the Price .Market Price is High right now.727 is affordable and large portionsI love to support Local, The bigger Places are Passing the price to you.Great Eats!!! Thanks again 727!!!“
“The food exceeded expectations, it's exactly what they advertise. We ordered the Blue Crab, Snow Crab, Muscles, and bowl peanuts. Will be going back frequently. The staff was super friendly and helpful explaining the different offers. Try to muddy seasonings it's not much hotter than the spicy Cajun. Expect to get takeout, not anywhere to really sit and eat.“
“Geez Louise the eats here are really good! In a super comfort food way! The garlic wings combo includes your choice of stir-fried rice or fries, and a side of slaw. For garlic fiend’s like me, they won’t be garlicky enough. However, they are damn good regardless. Crispy, tender chewy goodness. The stir fried rice comes with soy sauce packets as it’s not salty at all, for those low salt folks, which is fine by me to add my preference. The surprise hit is the 1-ingredient cabbage slaw. It’s marinated in a slightly unique vinegary something that just works and found me wanting more!! So go with a bit of patience on the ordering process, etc. and you’ll be happy you did.“
“So glad I stopped here. I had been craving a gyro for a while and happened to be driving by when I saw this place. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but let me tell you, the food there is so worth it! The best gyro I’ve had in a long time! And the service is impeccable. I went back to get a dessert, homemade cheesecake w/cherries, I got them and somehow my bf had gotten one for him also but I only paid for mine. The cashier working just said keep it and tell us how you like it on google. Well, the cheesecake is to die for! And you won’t get better service than this! Anytime I’m traveling in the area, I’ll definitely come back. Thanks for the great experience and delicious food!“
“Been eating from this little spot since they were up by haslams. Unfortunately I have to be vegan now, but bought some crabs for my girlfriend this weekend and they still got it. Nothin but love for them still.Garlic blues: 10/10Snow: 10/10Stone claws: 10/10“
“ABC is now at the old Lucky Star's location. They open late which is great for family that works the later hours. We stopped by on our vacation and we enjoyed everything. My favorite is the seafood tofu dry pot. It's very cantonese like. All the dishes are flavorful and don't need any extra soy sauce. Beef chow fun has that smokey wok flavor that we all love. The sizzling beef is also unique and we haven't had anything like it before, definitely a must try. And the fried rice is very good because they do not stick together that's how you differentiate good and bad fried rice. The service is also really good. I enjoyed this family style dinner and glad we were able to find one while traveling.“
“We loved it . I took my son here after school . Everything was delicious. He had jumbo shrimp that were fried perfectly . I had the poblano tortilla crusted grouper . The grouper was flakey and fresh . I don’t normally like salad but it paired very well with the grouper and sweetness from the corn .“
