“It's McDonald's so you probably know what the menu looks like. This McDonald's has been updated to the McCafe standards. The location has two drive through lanes but they aren't always open. Points off for closing the outer lane with a cone placed such that you can't see it until you're already around the lot. Recently ordered a sausage, egg and McGriddle with no cheese but was served griddles and cheese with no meat and no eggs. Sooo check your order. Enjoy.“
“My party of 5 (2 adults) ordered via app. The App made it very easy, unlike other fast food joints. It didn't seem that busy but did take nearly 20 minutes for our food to come out. 3 kids meals and 2 adult meals, it was around $40. I have to say we all left happy and full. Food is 3 stars, but the ease of ordering and great customer service earned this location a 4th star. Was not very happy with the kids tenders, quite measly and overcooked.The Sonic menu has a lot of variety and the outside was clean and tidy. We will very likely return!“
“Never disappointed by the ice cream, and they maintain the old school style play area. Fresh paint and hardware. It'd be nice if vagrants didn't linger around property and smoking wasn't permitted where people are trying to enjoy the patio with kids.Kid-friendliness: They maintain some super old school playground equipment. Fun when kids are laughing, playing and being kids.“

“Chic fil A took the seminar and service manual of good Ole' fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE. I believe they had more employees staffed, than a Home Depot. I decided to actually go inside today, instead of the drive thru. I noticed no less than 8 people outside working drive thru. There can be 3 times as many drive thru cars as any other fast food restaurant, and your drive through wait is miraculously much less than any of the others. There were runners, taking orders to curbside pick up. Inside they still have courteous employees actually ringing up your order, not self checkout. There was 14 plus people behind the counter, attending registers, drive thru window and cooking etc. They ask you to be seated and bring your food to you. So there were runners inside bringing your food directly to you. There was at least two people constantly wiping down tables and cleaning. Additionally they do all this while graciously attending you and telling you it was THEIR PLEASURE. Other companies should take a page from the Chic fil A playbook, and learn what true customer cultivation is. “I love Arbys because their app allows you to order and grab your food instead of checking in and still waiting. No one wants to order ahead to wait in a line. The app is also a great value with weekly coupons. I love the Buffalo sliders and the Gyro. I do wish they had better tasting sides. It’s always clean at this location and waits are minimal even if you order at the restaurant.“

When I reached the drive-through ordering station, I told the staff member, who turned out to be Shawna, that I had placed an online order.She told me to stay put, and that she would bring my order out to me. In a matter of seconds Shawna handed me my order.I asked her if the pickup window was broken. She assured me that it is working perfectly, but there was another customer at the window.Shawna didn't want me to have to wait! “We ordered door dash. During the busiest time. Our order arrived with in 15 minutes. We live in Dover and all the school busses are out at this time. I have no idea how he made it this fast. We had quesadillas and taco pizza. They were delicious. This is by far the best Taco Bell in our area which would be Valrico and Brandon.“
