So about 2 weeks ago I go thru the drive thru and the lady said she will be right with me. We waited no lie about 30min in line to then be ignored we drove around 2x and nothing..today we go once again and we asked for sweet and sour sauce the guy tell me it's 50 cent per sauce? Like really well he never opened the register and came back w the sauce so I guess he kept the 50cent..so sad

I have been to this McDonald's on 3150 Kathleen Road many times. It is the most poorly managed McDonald's that I've ever been. Both the drive-thru & the dine-in ordering consistently delay my order & other patrons' orders. Today, inside the restaurant one lady waited over 30 minutes another patron waited over 15 minutes and I too waited about 20 minutes. We all did not receive our drinks which was another 10 minute wait. The staff turnover is high. The kitchen staff seem disorganized....read full review

Drove 15 mins from my job to get me and my sister food around 10pm I thought they had everything right and my food felt hot I was satisfied at first. When I got home (which is 18 minutes out)and finally opened up my food from its wrapper I realized my Cheeseburgers only had meat and buns, the bread was stale, and my fries were COVERED in oil. My sister's meal was exactly the same as mine hers was made correctly and FRESHLY MADE. I drove ALL the way back and just got a FULL refund...read full review
