“This is the most wonderful Popeyes you could ever eat at, I've been to other Popeyes and I could tell u first hand the experience is for sure not the same. The staff here are great, make you feel right at home and the food is amazing, 10/10 would definitely recommend and visit again often😊“

“Quick service as the place was basically empty. The chicken appeared to be a little over cooked but tolerable. I got a 16 pc family meal which was around $65. There meal tend to run a little on the high side and I usually only vist if I have coupons.“
“I had went to go buy a family tray of Mac and cheese, and not only did they deliver, but they took extra care of me in the process of payment and explaining everything to me. Thank you to the manager on duty, and the employees who made my experience 5 stars. Truly grateful for all of you.“

“There is only one reason this location is getting 5 stars from me and that is because of my experience last night around 1:40 am with an employee named Anna. Prior to this experience I despised going to this Popeyes at night as the manager was the most rudest and nastiest person I had ever met and the constant issues everytime I had ordered at night didn’t help. Last night against the voices telling me don’t I did and happy was an understatement. She was welcoming, allowed me to check my food and if something wasn’t right she was willing to fix it. Everything was perfect because she made sure of it. And if it wasn’t I wasn’t forced to keep it as I was previously. She was friendly and for it to have been soo close to closing still provided me a level of service I had never received at that location. I was expecting the worse and she truly provided the best level of service I had received in a while. I truly hope they are able to hold on to her honestly she is the epitome of what a manager should be and it would truly be in their interest to start that training as the current one has much work to do.“
“They canceled my order 05/11/2026 I used 900 in rewards and I can not connect with anyone to see if I'll get those back calling corporate. Usually this Orange blossom trail store is on point and food is hot. Never had a problem till now. I'm so disappointed 😞.
UPDATE: CHANGED my rating because
I received all my points and got my order that same day it was on point as usual. I hope this NEVER happens again and that the food CONTINUES to come FRESH and HOT like ALWAYS.
