Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in West Melbourne

“The chicken was very fresh and hot. The General Manager Lotonia was very nice. The inside was clean. The only thing I can say on the bad side is the cashier that took our order she wasnt friendly, rude and was slumped over the counter like I was wasting her time. However, the general manager Lotonia made up for it. When we were picking our order app at the counter and there was a mistake with the order and she was very friendly smiley and laughing and apologetic. We will go back when we are down that area.“

“I want to express my gratitude to the staff at Popeyes on Palm Bay Road. Not all heroes wear capes, but you all certainly embody that spirit. Thank you for your respectful, mindful, courteous, and considerate behavior. I must admit, I tend to spend more money here than I should, but I keep coming back because the customer service is exceptional. They remember my name and know my preferences. They even make recommendations based on my previous orders.“
