I want to express my gratitude to the staff at Popeyes on Palm Bay Road. Not all heroes wear capes, but you all certainly embody that spirit. Thank you for your respectful, mindful, courteous, and considerate behavior. I must admit, I tend to spend more money here than I should, but I keep coming back because the customer service is exceptional. They remember my name and know my preferences. They even make recommendations based on my previous orders.
Got a 9 piece tonight and couldn’t eat 5 pieces because they were so overcooked actually burnt. This has happened the last 4 times we have been there but tonight was the worse. Tried to call couldn’t get through to anyone. I love their chicken but I can’t keep wasting money.
Fried chicken was great, highly recommend the spicy!

The restaurant had good deals to offer, and customers didn't need any coupons for the specials that were advertised. Overall, the recent experience was positive, making the reviewer cautiously optimistic about becoming a regular customer again.
