“This is a monthly visit for me. However, tonight, the chicken was overcooked, way too much batter, very reminiscent of KFC. I am not sure if I will switch locations, although, all the other times I've been here, it has always been delicious! Very disappointing!“
“I want to send a great big thanks to this location from Lynx/Central Florida public transit. We had a last minute get together and had no other options (tried Publix and they were rude). Called them way before they open and Anastasia and her crew looked out for us big time!!! Thank y’all for what you guys did for our retirement party..“
“This Popeyes has very nice employees and customer service is five stars for a fast food restaurant. The price was good value and the staff were very nice and helpful!! Food was cooked fresh and everything was correct in my order and we even got biscuits in our order that I didn't know the meal came with!! I highly recommend if you are in the area to visit this location to eat some great chicken and service with a smile!! Thank you Popeye, you made me a very happy lady to take a night off of cooking for the kiddos!! 🍗🤤“

There was a bit of a wait at the drive through (right at the order speaker), and the woman taking our order did give us a slight attitude, but at the window the other cashier was lovely!“

“Let me preface this by saying that I've only been to this location twice over the past 6 months because I don't live in Florida. Also, before 6 months ago I had not been to a Popeyes in many years!
This Popeyes is awesome! The customer service is top notch, the employees are super friendly. The food is fresh and hot, and that's what matters most to me. The drive thru is efficient and fast. I wish I had a Popeyes near me in Atlanta.“

“We’re from out of town and saw the 2.1 stars and had to leave a review! First, Leigh was working her tail off, give her a raise! Everyone was, but she was getting it done! I wish every Popeyes near me had someone like her running hard when it’s super busy, thank you!

Their professional skill-set coupled with their genuine mission to satisfy their customers exceeded what I would expect in a fast food entity. These two young men would be an asset to any business...I would recruit them if I wasn't retired. “It seems that three people had called in and they had to close drive thru and y had to come inside to order. The manager and her staff were doing their best to accommodate and get the orders completed. I applaud her for keeping her cool. Give those guys a bonus for getting all the orders done. Some in the crowd had no patience.“
“Mango lemonade was very delicious and refreshing.
I came to try the new wraps. I love wraps. I don’t like pickles which they have pickles in them and I didn’t realize 🥒 but other than that the wraps are solid. Good price. I got two wraps and a lemonade for $12. There is too much tortilla for the piece of chicken though.“
