“This location specifically is my “main location” and this is my “go to location” whenever I’m hungry and craving that Popeyes chicken in.
First thing first, you have to acknowledge the staff.
Everyone down for the person working in the windows to the people that are cooking, from the personnel at the cash registers and at the drive-through, and even on the way up to the managers that you see on the floor, ensuring that everybody has the orders correctly assembled and promptly delivered… This is a first class operation, spectacular high-level, professionalism, and highly accountable.
I’m on a First name basis with the staff here and they are relentlessly expeditious with their prompt delivery and highly efficient systematized approach to customer service and quality.
On an ongoing basis, the overall experience here is and has always been consistently delightful, which pairs with a direct correlation in the personnel on staff which, I attribute to and recognize each one of the team members and management as top tier / high caliber / mission focused professionals who operate as an elite family unit.
Yall come through everything. Treat everybody right and get the damn thang done the way it’s supposed to be executed.
Another key component is the visibly representation of community support. The people who work here are the people we can relate to. Everybody here is family. Keep doing what you do and the only location on OBT worth mention will always be the location right here in front of the Walmart sitting directly across from Truist bank.
I’m not sure if this location of this franchise is owner operated. But what I do know is the Roosevelt team… Meaning Roosevelt, and his team of dedicated professionals come in and they give it all they have every single day and these people can easily be paid double their salary should they decide to pursue This quality in caliber of service for another organization so I would strongly recommend that the Popeyes franchise take a good look into the quality selection of high character and highly accountable personnel that have been selected to serve at this particular location. Who’s ever doing the hiring for this location… I give you a five star review as well.

“You can't go wrong with their spicy fries chicken, the red beans and rice always hits the spot. The coleslaw is one of the few places I will eat it and that dry biscuit with honey is like no other. The food was good! The drive thru window staff was great. Thank you!“
“I want to send a great big thanks to this location from Lynx/Central Florida public transit. We had a last minute get together and had no other options (tried Publix and they were rude). “I wanna write a review about this Popeyes because specifically when I went, they were going through a bit of hardship the kitchen something in the kitchen broke and I caused them to be backed up and you could tell that the workers although it was an overwhelming experience they got everyone their food, They were still kind they were courteous they compensated they did everything that they were supposed to do even when they were met with people who were not nice to them, but they remained kind and they did well with my food and my service. I don’t have specific names, but the manager of this place, and all the workers deserve A great review“
“This is the best Popeyes near us! The food is always fresh! The employees are actually very kind and polite. Jerry and Madeline at the drive through window was exceptional and filled with a positive attitude which was nice for a change.

“I had a great experience at Popeyes! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Yusdeinis, the manager, provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect during my visit. She made me feel valued as a customer, and her positive attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate her dedication and hard work. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this Popeyes to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!“

“I am sorry to say that Popeye's Chicken is starting to get worse and that's because these different stores like this one. In particular they like serve you chicken that's been sitting under the bulb all day. It's ridiculous. The only thing I love about Popeyes and nobody else has been able to approach or approximate is the red beans and rice. It is fantastic so there's that.“
“We were looking for something fresh to eat and after a failed attempt at another place I won’t mention, we stopped at this Popeyes Location, we thought the door was closed and to our luck it was opened and we were able to wash our hands and sit and eat. What I asked for they didn’t have but the cook Jhonny heard and said to give him 3 minutes and made it fresh promptly. It was great, also the manager Giselle and Julissa were great and very respectful. Thanks Again for your Great Service.“
“This store always, and I mean always, leave an item from the order. And if they don't leave an item out, they send me an item (I'm taking about side orders) I did not ordered. It is frustrating, but this is the closest Popeyes to me.“
“This place the service is awful. Went to the drive through and had to wait a long time to put the order and they asked me to drive around to wait for it. Well it took them almost half hour to give me the order and they forgot the drink. Then they told me just give me a second and that was another 10 minutes. I would not recommend this place at all.“
“So I swallowed my pride and re visited the location. I had a very constructive interaction with the manager and apologies were made and accepted. There were misunderstandings that were recognized. The staff here has always been great. Thank you Mrs Manager.“
