We placed the order online, we got to the drive thru and they took a long time to be reasy to provide service, the order wasn't ready even though we went to another place for 10 minutes and then like 20 minutes to get there, they had us park for an 8 minute wait but instead was like 20, when I got to the door they had it locked and they were dancing and playing on the back while thwre was like 6 cars waiting on the drive thru for about at least 10 minutes, so I had to walk to...read full review
surprised with an employee for her bad vocabulary used during my visit, only bad words and in a tone that those of us who were in the lobby were surprised. Second event, an employee without uniform, with his underwear exposed. A nice comfortable place but with these drawbacks. In the photos or video you will see the people I mention.

Waiting on line for 1/2 in line for drive thru. Several emoyees came out to ask if we had mobile orders that didn't expedite the situation. When we finally get to the window, food is cold. The chicken sandwich seemed like scraps overbatter. Lousy service and food quality.
