It may be the best ramen I've ever had. It was well seasoned, perfect amount of spice, perfect ratio of broth to noodle, and the egg was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I have no complaints. Very well done.
Ok, so I've visited Ramen Hokusai a total of 4 times with my wife and it is absolutely amazing. We've tried the takoyaki (octopus balls), the chicken karaage (fried chicken), the Hokusai ramen, spicy miso ramen, Dan Dan ramen, spicy tonkotsu ramen and the chicken karaage ramen, all of which were excellent. Best bowl of ramen in the area hands down! I have been here several times and recommend the Tonkotsu ramen (I get the extra chashu pork and extra egg). The potstickers are also very good as well.
