Best bowl of ramen in the area hands down! I have been here several times and recommend the Tonkotsu ramen (I get the extra chashu pork and extra egg). The potstickers are also very good as well.

Did is good. I lived in Japan for 4 years and the ramen was good. I ordered take out.....user beware the app automatically adds a tip but you can change to zero but I did it too quick! Tip is for service, which very little service occurs when using take

It may be the best ramen I've ever had. It was well seasoned, perfect amount of spice, perfect ratio of broth to noodle, and the egg was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I have no complaints. Very well done.

if i could give negative score, I give definitely the negative one. i spent fifty two dollars for two small bowls of noodles. The flavor is worse.Don't waste your money.This is the most expensive "noodles " in US. I comes from nyc. The price is 50% higher than NYC and the flavor is so poor.
Ok, so I've visited Ramen Hokusai a total of 4 times with my wife and it is absolutely amazing. We've tried the takoyaki (octopus balls), the chicken karaage (fried chicken), the Hokusai ramen, spicy miso ramen, Dan Dan ramen, spicy tonkotsu ramen and the chicken karaage ramen, all of which were excellent. It is really hard to pick which one was my favorite, as they were all amazing. If you want to eat good ramen this is the place. You can place an order at the counter or by using one of their kiosks, which are like digital vending machines. You then have to pick your order up at the kitchen and after you are done eating there's a place to return your dirty dishes. So, it is self serve. Five stars.

I recommend this place if you are looking for one of the best ramen in central Florida and close to the Disney theme parks. They have a large and excellent variety of ramen to choose from, each one different from the other, offering a completely different experience on the palate. From the moment you enter the place you can be transported directly to Japan, from the music to the open kitchen. I really loved listening to the cooks speak Japanese, this offers a unique and fun experience. The decoration of the place is very attractive. We ordered two ramen and both were very delicious, excellent presentation. My recommendation is to visit the place and relax, let your mind be transported to Japan so you can enjoy a complete experience. I would like to see table service in the future and see the cooks in their chef uniforms to add that unique touch since this place has a lot of potential. 100% recommended

I ordered a teriyaki tin katsu don, but received a teriyaki don instead, I didn't touch it and told an employee and they said you can have it. I'll give me what I ordered. I think that is really great customer service, and the employee was smiling. feel intimidated to keep eating. How cool to find a nice restaurant walking distance from our hotel.
