“Wow!!! What happened to this Kentucky Fried Chicken 1924 E Irlo Bronson, Kissimmee Fl, it was my Favorite, but not anymore!!! With two in the line I waited 40 min. to be served, Chicken Tenders not well cooked soggy, Chicken Pieces(chicken breasts) tasted like fried with old oil, the soda machine all dirty with soda and ice, trash bins full to the limit and youngsters super noisy throwing each other with ketchup envelopes and food (no security).But overall more expensive than ever. Not my favorite fast food restaurant anymore! Sorry!“
“It was really good, the service by a worker of the name Jesus helped us when we had a small inconvenience, he immediately did his absolute best to take care and make a quick solution to the lil' inconvenience, over all it was the best and kindest service I have dealt w/, thank you.“
“I'm not a big fan of KFC but that $20 box on the commercials kept playing so I had to go find out what the fuss was about. The meal itself was ok and really there was nothing wrong with it. But I was hoping the chicken was a little more crispy. Good for a 1 time try but not something I'd order again. The gal at the drive through was extremely friendly and pleasant. Long lines at the drive through but it moved rather quickly on a Sunday night.“
“The staff is amazing really nice and fast shout out to Soto the food came fast the food is nothing special it's your typical fast food chicken place every thing was cleaned as soon as someone left it was very clean (including the bathroom) this should be the standard for every kfc but it not so I applaud them for doing better then the rest so I give this a 4/5“
“We walked up to the counter and no one was there. The people who were working in the back saw us, but no one bothered to come up to the counter to take our order.We decided to leave, and on our way out, we saw two kiosks by the door with a sign that said "Place order here".We decided to try it.The user interface was easy to navigate. It showed exactly how many of each piece was "standard" in a bucket but gave us the opportunity to modify. So, we modified wings to thighs or breasts ($1.00 upcharge for breasts).I found it easier to make modifications on the kiosk, than to try to explain it to a cashier!The final test..... will we actually GET the pieces that we ordered? WE DID.So, despite the weird unexpected beginning, the RESULT was great. We got exactly what we ordered, hot, fresh and tasty.“
“Came in at lunch time, average size crowd. Medium size line ,good service hot and fresh food. Friendly and good looking staff took our food to the table. The bathroom the parking lot and the tables were all clean. I would definitely recommend this place for good food and definitely would bring my family back. :)“
“We had a late flight and stopped at KFC. This location is usually fresh because of its location. On this particular day, we had to wait, and when I said it was worth the wait, I mean it. The chicken was so good it reminded me of the old school KFC days when the chicken had that good seasoning and super tasty. My family really enjoyed their food after they got our orders right. This is why I took points off for service. They messed up on all our orders except for my daughter's and had to redo them. Other than this mishap, they were on point with the chicken and sides.“
