KFC in Sanford

“We decided to eat out because we had a coupon from the mail. We went late afternoon hoping to avoid the lunch rush. We were greeted on entering the store and directed to use the kiosk when we were ready to order but couldn't order on the machine due to our coupon. Dayna took out order and she went above and beyond, she was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu when we had questions. She made sure we knew that they had extra crunchy ready or we could wait a few moments as the original recipe was almost done cooking. We opted for the extra crunchy because we were hungry and we weren't disappointed with it. The chicken was hot and fresh, not reheated or 'kept warm' and the biscuits were on point. I don't know what is like when it's busy but we had a lovely time and were able to linger without feeling rushed to move on with our business. The seating area was clean and well kept and the tables weren't sticky at all.“
