KFC in Orlando

“The minute I walked in, I felt the invitation to come in and enjoy a delicious legendary hot meal... This particular establishment exceeded my expectations... I haven't had fast food in a while, and to bring me back to memory lane from high school is incredible... The coleslaw was crispy and freshly made... The mash was creamy with the right amount of gravy... the biscuit was soft and fresh... and the two pieces of original recipe, nice texture, cooked to perfection, golden brown and ready for consumption... Kudos to the staff and management team for keeping the customers happy... Ten stars.... The atmosphere in the building was inviting, very clean, staff well put together“

“My baby loves KFC and I come every Tuesday for their special $10 bucket (only legs) for lunch and supper and the manager is always there I believe her name is Adrian. She is a very friendly and hard-working woman, she makes sure all her orders come out quick. I truly believe KFC will be lost without her on Tuesday.“

“Today was THE BEST food I have ever had ( and it's always great/good atleast) at this location. I head there once or twice a week at most.. but my god, I might go 3 times next week. I actually had to wait to order a bit (most likely because of staffing).. but the quality and friendliness I received far made up for 5-7 minutes of my time, you guys rock!“

“Now, I have rarely boasted about a fast food chain because, generally they are all the same. Well, this KFC is on point from the MTN Dew that was perfect to the spicy chicken sandwich that actually had some heat and the chicken bowl was yummy. “I came in on a Tuesday waiting for the 8pcs for $10.00, the store was out of chicken and was only selling tenders at the time. The cashier ensured that I was told the chicken would be ready in 20mins. The store was very busy, inside and drive thru due to the Tuesday special. The employees did an excellent job of serving and satisfying everyone in the store as well as the drive thru and also deliveries were taken care of as well. I Just wanted to give thanks to people displaying awesome abilities while working under pressure“

“Even tho I would like to give a bad review, because they were advertising jalapeños and fried pickles when ordered they did not have them, but the lady at the window had an awesome and very professional way of explaining it, and her beautiful smile. Tha ks for making forget about your store not having those products 🥰“

“We’re from Manchester, England and this was the BEST KFC we’ve had in a long time!
It was Fast, Fresh and Hot and the workers we’re so happy to help.
Big shout out to the 2 ladies we spoke to, one being the GM you work so hard and clearly run a tight ship cause it shows. Also shout out to the man from the kitchen in the red shirt I had a problem at the drink station and ended up with the wrong drink this guy purposely got me a fresh drink from the back to ensure I got what I wanted ( he should defo go for manager)

“Great value of the Bowls; Korean and Nashville bowls are delicious and plentiful. The Tuesday 8 pieces for $10 is another great value. Service was timely although staff was a bit confused; almost gave my Online KFC App order to another customer.“

“We where going to take food to go because most of the time other places disappoint us but let me tell you Marquela has the area so neat smells amazing tables where sooo clean food was warm kitchen clean and management Friedly if u still craving KFC this is theone to go they are great“

“I ordered the 3 pc Chicken Big Box -- 2 breasts and a wing, with fries and mashed potatoes as my sides, plus a Mountain Dew. I took advantage of the buy 1, get 1 free deal, so I got one for myself and one for my brother.

The food itself was great. Everything came hot and fresh -- the chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy, just how I like it. The fries were golden and had a nice crunch, and the mashed potatoes with gravy were creamy and flavorful. My brother enjoyed his meal too, so no complaints on the food side at all.

The only issue I had was with the delivery. The driver was acting like she couldn't find parking, clearly just trying to avoid coming upstairs. I ended up going down to get it myself, which kind of defeated the whole point of ordering delivery.

Other than that, everything was on point. The food hit the spot, the portion size was solid, and that buy 1, get 1 free deal made it totally worth it.

Would definitely order again -- just hoping next time the delivery driver puts in a little more effort.“

“I came in after I was refused service at pizza hut next door because I didn't want to give them my personal information, the guy at the counter acknowledged me right when I came in the door. He took my order promptly, the woman there prepared my order extremely quickly with great attitude. The guy who took my order handed me my food with a smile. The woman preparing my food was running around doing literally everything, she was fantastic and in my opinion, deserves a raise. The difference between the kfc and pizza hut sharing the same building is stark. If you like the bird, this is the place. I came in around 8:30pm on Tuesday.“

“I ordered a family meal and the lady told me it would be 20 mins wait for a batch of new chicken....I was excited because who doesnt love fresh fried chicken? Unfortunately, after waiting for 20 mins; I was given uneven breaded chicken and sloppily fried. They also forgot missed 1 side I ordered so had to run back in which was an inconvenience because had to wait in line again! I hope this was a 1 time incident because I love KFC!“

“Who in the hell will go into a chicken place, and get a pot pie and tacos? I did and I'm going to tell you what it was awesome. Had to wait for the pot pie because they're didn't want to give me one that was cool down I got one that was brand new and hot. And the tacos were great“

“Leah is a great example of great customer service & ensuring that the customers are taken care of. She ensured all the items were included in my order & was very professional and friendly. They should hire more staff like Leah at this location & she should be promoted for taking the extra step in ensuring all guests are taken care of & satisfied. It’s not often you find someone who is dedicated and enjoys what they do which is why I wanted to leave this review in hopes for management to see.“
