“FFC experience
I was craving some chicken and convinced my wife to go to KFC for lunch.
Things got off on the wrong foot when I tried to order a deal that was only for late evening.
I ordered original style drum and thigh. My wife ordered a pot pie.
Then we heard that they were out of chicken. We waited a long time for more chicken to be cooked. If I was by myself I would have walked out. I should have brought a cot.
On a positive note, they have cherry Pepsi. I drank a cupful whilst waiting.
When the order came, my chicken was good, but not what I remember from past visits. The really good part was that my wife raved about her pot pie. She said it was the best fast (we know it wasn't fast this time) food she has had in a long time. You could not have received a better compliment.“
“The service here was horrible. The food was under cooked with no flavor. This location does not honor the discounted menu that KFC was famous for. The owner came across as a greedy individual who made the experience horrible. She did not display any type of customer service skills. The food was disgusting and the service was worse. I spent $22 for a horrible meal. Save your money and go somewhere else. This experience was a huge disappointment. Did KFC change it's trademark seasoning????“
