KFC in Tampa

“Stopped in today for lunch, and had the best chicken breast and wing meal ever!!! White meat can be dry at times, depending on whose cooking it, but this white meat was not dry at all!! Had the right amount of juice flowing in my mouth with every bite!!“

“This is the best KFC I have been to yet. Food is awesome.
I love getting respect no matter where I shop or eat and I felt so welcomed here because of the staff.
Stay away from the KFC on Florida Ave in Tampa. Very prejudice staff. Can't even use the bathroom if your not a paying customer. I'm a doordash guy, walked in to get an order and they wouldn't allow me to visit the bathroom while waiting on my order because I wasn't a paying customer. They argued with me. I unassigned from my order and proceeded to call my doordash company.“

“Typical KFC. Standing up, my feet slowly slide apart from each other due to the grease on the floor. I want to show appreciation for the staff here. I feel they may have been one or two people short when I arrived, but they were all working hard and doing their best. Be careful ordering items online, as the KFC app does not appear to know when they are out of items at their individual establishments.“

“I wanted to leave a review because I received outstanding customer service. I called nine different times using three different phone numbers I found online, trying to confirm the name of the young lady who helped me because I wanted to make sure she received the recognition she deserves.

I believe her name is Julie. She has very short, curly hair. She was absolutely phenomenal—extremely helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She answered all of my questions and made the entire experience so much easier.

I truly wish I could get Julie every time. She is a tremendous asset to your company, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves for providing such exceptional customer service.“

“Took a minute to order arrived at like 1120 1 person in the lobby 2 cars in drive through food was good and cooked right just wished they had more people inside. * Had to change my opinion they are starting to get everything right much better this time thank you kfc“

“I got to say that after not having KFC for a long while, it still hits the spot. I very much appreciate the experience compared to McDonald's minimalist appearance. I like that I'm able to come sit down and go up to a fountain, get my own napkins, etc. Sabrina was very welcoming and contributed to a good experience. It almost felt like speaking to a mother.“

“I always order original recipe, but for some reason they didn't have enough to fulfill my order so I allowed them to mix with crispy. The crispy chicken tasted like it was sitting for a while and they used my order to get rid of it. Next time they will be dropping fresh chicken for me to give me what I pay for.“

“I feel like a lot of people forgot KFC is real food, not some fried goo like some places and that it can take a while to get it. Depending on how busy the drive-thru is and if they get slammed. The staff is human, not some NPCs in a video game. I feel like a lot of people forgot that. People make mistakes. I come here a lot with my son and the food is always so yummy. I usually leave this place feeling happier because of the good food and the friendly service. The only time I leave sad is when other customers are rude for no reason. Like giving the front cashier a hard time because they don't have pepper or it took some extra time for them to get special ordered "fresh food."“

“Just went through the drive-through at 10:20 PM on 7/18/26 and the manager gave fast efficient service. Unfortunately, she’s understaffed so the company needs to do better because she shouldn’t be working in the window and making food. We can see she was understaffed but still had a great attitude and a very professional voice when taking the order. She needs to be working in corporate not at the store. Do better kfc higher ups. Most people don’t perform as well under pressure or short staffed. Kudos to this manager. Didn’t catch her name but that’s why I mentioned time and date. You don’t usually get this service at fast food restaurants.“

“I did drive thru so I don’t know the inside. But the food was warm, everything was packed properly, nothing was missing and the customer service was great. They even asked me if I wanted sauces or ketchup and if I needed extra napkins. That’s how it should be but that’s not how it is everywhere anymore.“
