I wanted to leave a review because I received outstanding customer service. I called nine different times using three different phone numbers I found online, trying to confirm the name of the young lady who helped me because I wanted to make sure she received the recognition she deserves.

Food was hot and fresh
Very friendly, fast service, clean and ambient atmosphere. I enjoyed the jazz music playing and comfortable seating. I simply ordered fries, which were fresh and crispy. The lady recommended the kfc sauce with them, which was good, too.

KFC provides good service, whether through the drive-up window or in-store. Orders are accurate, and food is freshly cooked and tastes good. The staff is personable, polite, and provides wonderful service. Recently, a customer highlighted the excellent customer service from Robert, noting his kindness and patience. While some menu items may be occasionally unavailable, KFC is a reliable choice for a satisfying meal. Another customer mentioned that they received their food faster than at other fast-food places, making for a fantastic experience. However, there was a concern about the cost of the 12 chicken strips and the lack of condiments and napkins. Despite this, KFC remains a place worth recommending.
