The service here was horrible. The food was under cooked with no flavor. This location does not honor the discounted menu that KFC was famous for. The owner came across as a greedy individual who made the experience horrible. She did not display any type of customer service skills. The food was disgusting and the service was worse. Kind staff! Good quality of food!
Came here after work, went through the drive thru, staff was very kind and friendly and I was asked to pull forward and wait which I don’t mind doing, I can be patient, but the employee that brought my food was so lazy that they couldn’t take the extra 4 steps to bring my food to my car window when I was asked to pull forward, they just stood there and hung over the railing waiting for me to come and get my food?
