Went to this location, made my order, I was quite sure I asked for a sweet tea and was given a lemonade. The cashier handed me the drink, I thought I may have misspoken. So I asked her to change it to a sweet tea. She said she could not take back the drink. I said okay but can I get a sweet tea. She said no! Before she could hand me the food I asked to cancel my order. She began to say she couldn't refund because she already charged me.After a while it looked as if she was refunding...read full review
Manager (Shantel/Shantal) and entire staff was super friendly and very acommodating. They are also always very quick and focus on customer service, which is very rare today. Thanks for a great experience.

Can't say anything too bad about KFC I will hear every 3 to 4 days out of the week or a little bit more or a little bit less 10 out of 10 the food is always fresh only had a couple incidents with them and they fix my food immediately and apologize real fast food is always fresh customer service is always on point 10 0ut of eightKid-friendliness: Good thing about it they do have kids meals and their great and reasonable for the price
