I recently visited this location and if I could have given them a half star I would have. The manager on duty 2/14/23 around 9:30 has ZERO customer service training and she is definitely NOT management material.... unfortunately my experience resulted in me having to call that location corporate office..... Daniel Rd location on the other hand is a 4 plus stars location their custom service and food selection is definitely worth going out your way for.

Can't say anything too bad about KFC I will hear every 3 to 4 days out of the week or a little bit more or a little bit less 10 out of 10 the food is always fresh only had a couple incidents with them and they fix my food immediately and apologize real fast food is always fresh customer service is always on point 10 0ut of eightKid-friendliness: Good thing about it they do have kids meals and their great and reasonable for the price

Every single time I go they give me old fries! I wish I had the receipt so I can complain properly. I’m not going back.Adding that the chicken nuggets are completely inedible smh!Do not go to this location!
This place has been consistently horrible for a decade and they have the same usual suspect running it. They forget to- go items, and their food quality does not match the KFC quality I'm used to. I stopped in one evening and their lobby doors were locked and hour before their posted closing time. I had a trailer and could not bring it in the drive-thru. They advised I walk up to the window and place my order. This is by far the worst KFC in central Florida.

Ordered a 6 piece chicken tender, got one chicken tender cut into 6 tiny pieces . A $12 supposed to be "meal" that is smaller than a child's meal.Their "famous bowl" had hard chunks of breaded bone?? Not sure what it was, this is beyond a business being cheap, they are taking a regular portion meal and cutting it up to make 3 meals. Pure pathetic first time going there in many years, and it will be the last.

Went to this location, made my order, I was quite sure I asked for a sweet tea and was given a lemonade. The cashier handed me the drink, I thought I may have misspoken. So I asked her to change it to a sweet tea. She said she could not take back the drink. I said okay but can I get a sweet tea. She said no! Before she could hand me the food I asked to cancel my order. She began to say she couldn't refund because she already charged me.After a while it looked as if she was refunding my money. I have yet to see the reversal on bank account.Service was okay until that situationI am still trying to contact the day supervisor.KFC Colonial Winter Garden

Exactly what you expect from a KFC. This location is well managed, they hustle! It's not an easy in and out unless you're headed east on Colonial anyway.
