What was supposed to be a 5 minute online order turned into 35 minute wait not reflected on the website. Staff did the best they could but there's no reason for that wait. Plus the chicken was hot but mushy skin when served. KFC has really gone downhill.
Whoever is working Uber Eats orders needs to pay better attention to the orders! This is the 3rd order that’s been wrong!
