“First of all, props to my man Xavier!! He served me and my family with the most refreshing kind of customer service. He went out of his way to help us out with a great meal after a long journey. If you're at this Pizza Hut, do yourself a favor and ask for Xavier!
When it comes to pizza, Pizza Hut is all about the nostalgic taste. And especially this location. Want to experience the early 2000s again? This is the place to go.“
“Great experience at Pizza Hut! Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious, and my order was prepared perfectly. Tori provided great customer service and was super friendly and helpful. She definitely made the experience even better! 🍕😊 I’ll definitely be ordering again!“
“I’ve been coming to this location for 30 years, but today’s service was particularly memorable. Jesse is an exemplary team member and shift manager who was working the store solo. My negative experience was through a DoorDash driver, Kelon, for a +30 min. late/no reponse delivery. Upon arrival, he listened to my concerns, was friendly, courteous, and professional. He quickly rectified my problem, and was even willing to take accountability for the 3rd party driver for whom he should not be liable. Hats off to you, Jesse, I will continue returning to this location so as long as you’re here.“

“Great deal they have right now. Bring an aborted fetus get half off for chicken bites! Definitely worth the money!
Wheelchair accessibility: When I was dining in a man in a wheelchair came in and 3 employees took him to the backroom claiming they have something special for him and about 10 minutes later I heard screams than after 30 minutes came meat lovers pizza“

“this girl named desire gave me and my friends free boxes of pizza and wings shes is the best!!! sometimes she can be a bit rude but she gives me free pizza and wings... EVEN A FREE TWO LITER.. yall can go and ask for her and she will get you right with free pizza and wingsssssss“
“This Pizza Hut Staff are way nicer and do their best , then the Michigan Avenue Pizza Hut in Kissimmee. I won't go back to the Michigan Avenue/192 Pizza Hut anymore. The customer service there is poor 👎. But this Pizza Hut here in BVL is way better in customer service.
