Ordered online for pick up and said would be ready in 15 minutes. Went to the store and food was not ready. Waited total of 41 minutes for a personal pan pizza and breadsticks.

The location is also a plus. However, there was an issue with a rude delivery driver. While the food is overall okay, the unpleasant encounter with the delivery driver may affect the tipping decision of some customers.

Another customer felt the toppings were not distributed properly, but acknowledged the good customer service. However, a different customer had a frustrating experience with delivery, where the DoorDash driver took a long time to arrive and the food was cold and unappetizing, though the store worker was understanding and helpful in resolving the issue.
