This is a great! Cici's top notch went to others. They were hard. The owner Rick really knows how to treat his customers
You won't hear me say this about any other location; go when it's busy. I will preface by saying ALL other aspects of the service were top notch. Cleanliness, attentiveness, and the Manager had a smile glued to their face that felt genuine and welcoming, but when foot traffic slows down the food quality drops a bit.
