Pizza Hut in Orlando

“Very nice clean location! The staff is friendly and very helpful. My pizzas were ready in a timely manner. The pizzas were warm and tasty, the pepperoni was crispy and appetizing, the hawaiana I like it with bacon it was just mouthwatering, great place I would definitely come back!“

“We went by Pizza Hut express, which is located within the complex we were staying at (Lake Buena Vista Suites). We were told the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes so we went outside and waited about 13 minutes, went back inside and they were boxing up our pizzas as we got to the counter. The pizzas were hot, and delicious.“

“Not sure why this place gets so many negative reviews. Maybe I just got lucky but I had a great experience. Food seemed like regular pizza hut quality. Took about 10 to 15 minutes until it was ready. The service in there was very friendly and one of the ladies even gave me some tips on how to not get sun burnt. I was a little nervous to get their pizza after reading the reviews but I was a happy customer.“

“I am very thankful for the hunters creek Pizza Hut crew. They immediately take actions on my wrong order. I always order pepperoni but for some reason it delivered cheese only and my kids is not eating cheese so I called hunter’s creek location which I always order our pizza and they take actions immediately. Who ever I spoke with, I forgot to ask her name she is very protective to resolve the problem. Maybe it’s me is wrong or the system but still they responded it so quick. “I have purchased online and in person over the years and found this location to be pretty consistent, quick and always ready on time. These days there are many competitors but somehow Pizza Hut is still good value - would recommend for delivery“

“The pizza itself was really good no complaints there. However, the breadsticks were a letdown. They weren’t very appetizing to look at and the sauce on top just didn’t do them any favors in presentation or taste. For a place that does pizza this well, I expected more from the breadsticks.

Overall still a solid spot worth visiting, just maybe skip the breadsticks and stick to what they do best“

“These guys cook authentic Italian food, especially their pizza. I have never had a pizza crust so well cooked and delicious. I usually don't like eating the crust, but with their pizza, it is different. The best part is that it is their cheese, bread, tomatoes, and other ingredients are freshly sourced.“

“Got $12 meat lover pizza it was the best Pizza I have ever eaten. The pan crust was almost as thick and moist as deep dish. The latin lady definitely knew how to make a delicious pizza.The man taking was very courteous and friendly. This delicious pizza lasted me 3 meals. The perfectly tastilicous was unbelievably good“

“This our go to Pizza hut when we visit from England always great service and wonderful pizza ,we are in Orlando usually every six months we look forward their pizza's for weeks beforehand.
Great staff ,especially Bruce the manager he always recognises me .
Which considering how many people go to the restaurant sees is amazing customer service.

“​I cannot say enough good things about Lee. We had a very upsetting encounter with a third-party delivery person who was aggressive and unprofessional, nearly hitting us with our bag of food. When we called the restaurant, Lee listened, apologized sincerely, and made everything right immediately. It’s rare to find management that cares this much about the customer experience. “Although likely always having to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the register to ring you up, they are always apologetic and polite. Usually only 1 to 2 people working so that's to be expected. The pizza melt reminds me of a stuffed pizza but with thin crust. Delicious! My NY style pizza was a bit disappointing as it was a slightly overbaked so it lost the cheesey factor. However it was still decent.“

“EDIT 6/21: The breadsticks given was literally a circle bread not even half the portion that they are supposed to to give us. They said they ran out and that’s why. But they didn’t let us know or give any accommodations. We also had the boneless BBQ wings which literally had one squirt of sauce on it. It was probably the last of the bottle and they didn’t feel like getting more. We went in and had them fix it. I also ordered half Hawaiian and half cheese and only two slices were only cheese. This was yesterdays night shift

My girlfriend and I had the $25 meal deal. It was scrumptious! The perfect combo. Everything was made perfectly. We made the order, I went to pick it up 10 min after and it was ready.“

“Pizzas were perfect. I had stopped ordering from Pizza Hut because the quality had gone downhill lately. I decided to try them because they had a special going on and I had a taste for pizza. So glad that I gave them a chance because the pizzas were perfect. Hopefully they keep up the good work.“

“Brittany the manager was amazing at fixing my order, she didn’t have an attitude like she hates her job. I love that she tried to get in contact with the GM but was unsuccessful. I physically couldn’t get to Pizza Hut so she sent out a replacement order for me and I am beyond grateful. She has no idea how she made my boys night with the correct pizza to continue our Halloween extravaganza since I’m on bedrest and can’t take them out tomorrow night.
