Hi tried to order pizza to our hotel and when placing the order specifically asked if we would have delivery to our room or lobby. I provided not only the hotel name, obviously, but the name of our specific lobby and room number.I was assured that it would be delivered to our room. Apparently I was tried on my phone to ask me (again) the name or our specific lobby because they couldn't deliver to the room ????? Horrible customer service. Manager “ally” completely unprofessional and rude. Say they close at a certain time but they close it down hours earlier. Will never place order with this Pizza Hut again. Shame on you Ally.
