Hi tried to order pizza to our hotel and when placing the order specifically asked if we would have delivery to our room or lobby. I provided not only the hotel name, obviously, but the name of our specific lobby and room number.I was assured that it would be delivered to our room. Apparently I was tried on my phone to ask me (again) the name or our specific lobby because they couldn't deliver to the room ????? The phone number that came up showed as a business other than Pizza Hut so I didn't answer. Anyway, when I called back a few minutes later they said they already canceled the order. So we ordered from somewhere else. Holy miscommunication! We stay here often and I don't think we'll be ordering from Pizza Hut in the future. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Manager “ally” completely unprofessional and rude. Say they close at a certain time but they close it down hours earlier. Will never place order with this Pizza Hut again. Shame on you Ally.

Ordered stuff crust with chicken and extra cheese. No extra cheese dry and hard bread very very thin. This hut needs to have re training and/or ppl who care about customers.

This is by far a great location! I literally live right next to the one on kirkman rd but will go out of my way, take the drive to this location due to the service they provide, the speediness when preparing my food and always making sure it’s made to accuracy.

Ordered pizza and after being placed on hold several times once for 30 minutes. It was 1 hour and 50 minutes finally cancelled the order. They "transferred me to the manager" where l stayed on hold the longest. Do your self a favor don't order from them!
