Ordered online, we got the notification to pick it up that order was ready. We headed to the store, when we arrived this lady, Alexandra, she was very nice and politely explained that it will take five more minutes. 15 minutes passed and nothing; 3 other costumers walked in also to pick up orders that either couldn’t be found or were incorrect, again, only Alexandra took charge, and also seemed to be checking stuff at the kitchen at the same time, meanwhile the other 4 team...read full review
