Ok, first of all, I have to give them a little credit for the self reviews. I mean, by golly, they must have the most scrumptious pie in the industry!! ? I mean selling me 2 medium dough filled, no ingredient pizzas. Then, talking to me like what I was given was better than what I ordered. I miss going in as a child and playing pac man, centipede, and it's was a great family experience. Now it's just all about how can we make a better profit!! I would love to see at least the store manager post an honest response to this and ask how they could do better. Yep, #whathappenedtoworkethic?!!!Wheelchair accessibility: I mean, really!! Lol

Today I placed an order online for delivery I received two pizza melts. The wait time stated 30 to 40 minutes . The wait time ended up being over an hour. Upon receiving my order, it was not hot and the melts were very hard and dry very disappointing. The manager on duty didn’t know how to work the system to apply my refund. This was $22 without the the tip. A word to the wise if you’re not picking up your order, do not do delivery.

This place is hit or miss. 2 weeks ago, great pizza. Ordered again today, some of the worst pizza I've ever had. Will probably be a few years before I order from here again.

Ordered thru doordash, a dinner box, they didn't have the box so they sent separate items and left out the wings. I called to complain and they would not reconcile, also they made the driver wait almost 30 minutes. Obviously I called doordash but I have to wait for an escalation team to contact me within 24 hours. This place has horrible service, I would not recommend.
I specify ligth sauce and had more sauce that any other pizza I had order here. Nasty! too much sauce.

Placed an order over the phone, when I went to pick up, tell me a few more minutes, I waited more time outside the door, checked a couple more times, then tell me they didn’t have my order after I waited 40 minutes, I literally showed my phone call to this location, he still said they were too busy even didn’t have time to talk in the phone. They don’t know what they’re doing

this Pizza Hut on 3908 Town Center Blvd, Orlando, FL 32837 Hunters Creek need a new manager, Pizza is so bad last one I ordered on line, cold , poor chese, schedule for 2:45pm and wait until 3:15pm 30 minutes late and any sorry or apologize. from manager

Please check your food and sauces to ensure you have what you paid for. I ordered naked bone in wings and sauce on the side and when I get home I had boneless wings. So I went back to the store they gave me bone in wings but when I got home I realized the sauces where incorrect also which they charged me 53 cents for each of them. At this point I was to trough to even call or go back. So just be mindful to check your order before you leave or let the driver leave if you do delivery.
