Today, my 7 years old son with ADHD & ASD visited our local McDonald’s for meal. He loves the drive through because he gets the opportunity to prove he has the ability to place an order. He’s come a very long way. Thanks to therapy. “Hello, may I have a happy meal please? I want two French fries, 6 nuggets, two sweet & sour & fruit punch”, thank you”. Gets orders wrong 50% of the time. You could order 3 McDoubles regular and 1 McDouble with no pickles no onions. Somehow all 4 McDoubles will come out with no pickles no onions. Items go missing in the order all the time as well. This happens so often that its disrespectful.

McDonald's offers a quick, efficient, and friendly experience. Despite occasional inconsistencies in service, this location stands out for its welcoming staff and clean environment. The breakfast service is particularly noteworthy, with sincere greetings and smiles from the team. Customers have noted that service is okay, though some staff members tend to look rather than ask what is needed when requesting napkins or refills from the counter. Food is usually hot, but napkins and refills are only available behind the counter, which can be inconvenient. The indoor play area is appreciated, especially by families, and the manager is praised for helpfulness, making it a good choice for quick visits. Post-remodel, the play place has been removed, making the environment quieter but reducing seating inside. The parking lot and drive-thru are still considered difficult to navigate, especially when busy. Overall, this McDonald's remains a reliable spot, especially during busy times like Saturday nights.
