“I came to this Chipotle today and was really impressed with the team’s performance. Everyone was working in perfect organization, everything was very clean, and the staff was very fast and efficient.
I would also like to mention the employee with glasses — unfortunately I don’t know his name — but he assisted my husband and me in a very polite and attentive way. I would also like to mention the woman at the register; she has blue highlights in her hair and was doing an incredible job as well.
I wish other Chipotle locations could follow this same model. The organization here was perfect.“
“I've had no negative interactions with the staff at this Poinciana location... EVER. I'm happy about that because I live in this community. I usually order online and pick up at the drive-thru. My order is usually ready before I get there. That's a pleasure. Thanks to the Poinciana team for their great service, tasty food, and clean restaurant.“

“Walked in and was served immediately by a friendly staff. No wait time. Ingredients in my burrito bowl were fresh and delicious. Topping Portions were fair and reasonable. Probably the cleanest chipotle I’ve ever been to. Even saw staff dusting the walls and cleaning the windows. One of the best chipotles. Definitely the best in this area, by far. Will return gladly.“
“Let me tell you, not all Chipotle stores are created equal, but this one has great service, fresh food and good atmosphere. The team is nice a d consistently accommodating and would recommend this one if you want someone to have a good Chipotle experience.“
“Had a great experience at Chipotle! I got a steak bowl with white rice, sour cream, and cheese, and it was really good. The portions were pretty generous, and everything tasted fresh. The workers were chill and friendly, the place was clean, and my order was made quickly. Overall, a great meal and I'd definitely come back if I was in Orlando again!“
