“The workers are great, the place is never packed which is wonderful and if something even happens to your online order and it’s not their fault, they didn’t have to fix the problem but they did! Above and beyond and I hope this team gets the recognition they deserve. Everything good wise was also excellent by the way!“

“We had such a great experience at this Chipotle! The young blonde gentleman who helped us was absolutely amazing and truly deserves recognition. He was incredibly accommodating, patient, and helpful with everything we asked for. He gave us great portions, helped us quickly, and never once made us feel like we were being a burden, even with all of our requests.
What really stood out to us was his work ethic. Whenever he wasn’t helping a customer, he was out cleaning tables, restocking, and making sure everything was filled and ready to go. He was constantly finding something productive to do and genuinely seemed to care about keeping the restaurant running smoothly.
He was a 10/10 employee and made our entire experience so much better. Great customer service like this really deserves to be recognized. We left extremely happy and will definitely be coming back!“
“I've had no negative interactions with the staff at this Poinciana location... EVER. I'm happy about that because I live in this community. I usually order online and pick up at the drive-thru. My order is usually ready before I get there. That's a pleasure. Thanks to the Poinciana team for their great service, tasty food, and clean restaurant.“

“Never not good! I love the ease of ordering. I hate that neither the app and online ordering doesn't offer the option for adding additional vinaigrette. I don't mind paying for it. I just need more than the one alloted per salad. If your eating a salad, you want dressing on every bite. I serving gets me through maybe 1/3 of my salad. No Good! Lol. Other than that, one of my favorite lunches.“
