“The workers are great, the place is never packed which is wonderful and if something even happens to your online order and it’s not their fault, they didn’t have to fix the problem but they did! Above and beyond and I hope this team gets the recognition they deserve. Everything good wise was also excellent by the way!“
“I've had no negative interactions with the staff at this Poinciana location... EVER. I'm happy about that because I live in this community. I usually order online and pick up at the drive-thru. My order is usually ready before I get there. That's a pleasure. Thanks to the Poinciana team for their great service, tasty food, and clean restaurant.“

“I come to this location every week and the staff are wonderful. They make our food just the way we like it and it’s one of the best chipotle locations I’ve been to. 5 stars for the lovely people who work there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“For some good reason this place sells the best chipotle I've had in the area. Portion was spot on and the food was cooked properly. The meat i had..chicken and pork were seasoned to perfection....customer service was spot on as well. Will visit again soon“
“Janiel is THE best employee. He did our bowls incredibly fast eating the line of around 10 people up! Our bowls are perfect and he was very kind! We have our own chipotle next to our house but would come over just because of him!!! Thank you bro! Thank you so much.“
