“Janet is the best! I don’t know if I’ve met an associate who takes more pride in her job and taking care of her customers. She remembers me every time I come in, and she’s always so happy to make sure everything is just right. Once, I was waiting for honey chicken to come out and Janet made sure I didn’t have to wait long and she kept checking on me while I waited. If you guys haven’t considered her for manager yet, you need to. She’s a real gem that is clearly making an impact on everyone else.“

I was rushing to catch a flight and didn't expect much from an airport Chipotle but this location completely blew me away! The crew was fast, friendly, and had the line moving efficiently even during a busy rush. My burrito bowl was perfectly portioned, fresh and delicious — exactly what I needed before a long flight. The staff greeted me with a smile, listened carefully to my order, and made sure everything was just right. It's clear this young team takes pride in what they do. I'll definitely be stopping here every time I fly through MCO!“
“This chipotle is consistently good. Sometimes they have red peppers for the fajita veggies, Sometimes they have the green ones, but they are always fresh and delicious. The workers are nice to interact with. Overall a good experience. I wish their dining area was a bit bigger, it can get crowded here sometimes.“
“They make an effort to maintain cleanliness during breaks, but it’s crucial to keep the food area spotless, especially when customers are placing orders. Additionally, the team needs to improve its service speed. I’ve observed that NYC Chipotles can process twice as many orders in the same time frame as this team.“
“I can say that I did come in 10 mins before closing on my experience BUT it was the best experience of ever. Emma was made sure I was taken care of the whole time. The options were limited but she offered everything that was available even what wasn't visible. After packaging my meal, I spoke with Janye who helped me with silverware even though she was cleaning. I've been coming to this location since 2020 (intermittently) and this is probably the second time when the service was mind blowing. I really appreciate these ladies for making my night. The service they provided was amazing. I hope that this is the standard moving forward.“

“Update: This Tuesday, I went in for my usual burrito bowl and found hear the length of my arm, almost. The worse part is I was already home and it was late at night.. OMG it was too gross. I couldn't eat more. I don't think I'll ever visit this location again. I was a reg here at least weekly, service hasn't gotten any better its on a steady decline. The last few times I've gone they're always out of something essential, steak, RICE, guac. Kinda sad. I used to love chipotle at this location.
Prices have gone up very sneakily. Used to spend 30 for two entrees with 4 chips now… 52$ same order“
“Went here a couple of days ago with our food allergy kid. Adrian helped us, I told him about my Son’s allergies and he quickly changed his gloves. I asked him if he could pull certain items from the back since they are close to dairy(one of his allergens) and he did as well as use new utensils. He was very kind and understanding. His customer service was great. Thankful to have had this positive experience there.“
“The delivery guy was an absolute hero. I was hosting a lunch and learn for a company where Abdellah, the delivery guy, met me. I came to find out the address was incorrect.. As I'm on the phone with the company, I'm being told it's a different suite. Abdellah and I end up walking throughout the entire building twice, while he's carrying what felt like a 50 pound box of food. He was a real trooper and I couldn't have done it without him.“
“If you want spicy, they got it. The burritos are huge, enough for two people. I prefer the burrito bowl. Makes for great leftover salads. Some days the meats can be dried out and other days it's perfect. But still a good deal for the price.“
“I moved here two months ago and have been to this Chipotle a few times already and it's so good every time. It is a little on the salty side but it's SEASONED aside from that. We eat gluten free so having a Chipotle this good is a blessing and it's also next to CAVA! I hope it stays this good! Sometimes some of the staff you interact with aren't the friendliest (but usually the main person(s) you deal with are super nice) which I see a lot of people complain about on here. If you want friendlier service maybe go to a sit down restaurant. Going somewhere in a similar category to McDonalds and wanting great service is wild... It's a tourist town, these people see a million idiots a day. You'd be in a bad mood too. I just go in and get my food and go home no big deal to me. As far as anyone looking to sit in, the seating is somewhat scarce mostly meant for smaller groups. As long as it tastes good and it's hot that's all that matters! I hope they continue to bring the flavor!“

“My wife and I love Chipotle. The food here is as good as any other franchise I have eaten at. The service is good. I am not a fan of the dining area. Which is fine because we always get our food to go. Never have to wait to pick up our order.“

“This place is usually packed during peak hours (Lunch, Dinner, etc). Most of the time the food is hot or at least warm. Depending on if you order in store or in the app/3rd party.
Pro tip: Ordering extra Rice, beans, and other toppings usually doesn’t cost extra.
But if you’re ordering extra meat/protien, I’d highly recommend ordering the new protein sides of meat as it’s the same price as double protein/meat and you actually get more protein/meat than if you were to just order double protein.“
“I don’t have much to say on the chipotle itself, other than that the food is pretty consistently good. I know it’s an older location but still keeps up when it can.
This is mainly to shoutout some of the workers, (as a regular) who I feel definitely stand out compared to others in my multiple experiences there.
First of which would be William(according to the receipt). He was super patient with a guest in front of me even during such a big rush and was being super respectful to every person at the register. Takes a lot to slow things down in a rush like that.
Second is Eddie, anyone who knows Eddie knows this is pretty obvious. He’s such a welcoming guy and always makes sure to talk to me and other guests if needed.

“The food and service are pretty good for the most part, although some of the servers skimp on the meat. Perhaps they should have a cup so that it's the same amount each time. There's usually a line, but I don't mind because it's usually steady.“

“I typically use the Chipotlelane and order through the app. Orders are generally ready on time, which I appreciate. One thing I’ve noticed is that the rice portions sometimes seem lighter when using the lane compared to ordering inside. Overall, the staff is friendly and the experience is usually smooth.“

I couldn’t quite understand if he was the manager or not, but his personality was very outstanding hands-down.
