“I love this spot but today was especially special. I came in around 4:52 PM and there was a hispanic lady with reddish hair and tattoos. I’ve been going to Chipotle since high school and she is the best employee I’ve ever encountered. She was absurdly kind. Incredible experience.“
“This crew is so efficient, quick and precise; but also friendly and patient. They are dealing with massive amounts of travelers, languages/accents and family situations, and handling it with grace. “I can say that I did come in 10 mins before closing on my experience BUT it was the best experience of ever. Emma was made sure I was taken care of the whole time. The options were limited but she offered everything that was available even what wasn't visible. After packaging my meal, I spoke with Janye who helped me with silverware even though she was cleaning. I've been coming to this location since 2020 (intermittently) and this is probably the second time when the service was mind blowing. I really appreciate these ladies for making my night. The service they provided was amazing. I hope that this is the standard moving forward.“

“Update: This Tuesday, I went in for my usual burrito bowl and found hear the length of my arm, almost. The worse part is I was already home and it was late at night.. OMG it was too gross. I couldn't eat more. I don't think I'll ever visit this location again. I was a reg here at least weekly, service hasn't gotten any better its on a steady decline. The last few times I've gone they're always out of something essential, steak, RICE, guac. Kinda sad. I used to love chipotle at this location.
Prices have gone up very sneakily. Used to spend 30 for two entrees with 4 chips now… 52$ same order“
“Went here a couple of days ago with our food allergy kid. Adrian helped us, I told him about my Son’s allergies and he quickly changed his gloves. I asked him if he could pull certain items from the back since they are close to dairy(one of his allergens) and he did as well as use new utensils. He was very kind and understanding. His customer service was great. Thankful to have had this positive experience there.“
“The delivery guy was an absolute hero. I was hosting a lunch and learn for a company where Abdellah, the delivery guy, met me. I came to find out the address was incorrect.. As I'm on the phone with the company, I'm being told it's a different suite. Abdellah and I end up walking throughout the entire building twice, while he's carrying what felt like a 50 pound box of food. He was a real trooper and I couldn't have done it without him.“
“Came to this Chipotle for dinner one night. Everyone working behind the counter was very professional, kind, talkative and sweet. The portions were perfect and the price was good, as always. The vibe here was electric and mellow , at the same time. Definitely will be back soon.
UPDATE (3/19/26)
I said we would be back soon and it was only 2 days.
Definitely a different story this time. While waiting in line, one of the ladies who was helping us the time we were in before was helping two gentleman. Like before she was making large burritos and normal good portions of meat and such. Right before she was done with them and it was my turn, a new, younger girl locked up and asked what I wanted. I told her two bowls of the chicken al pastor. She gave me two huge portions of rice, more than normal she forgot black beans at first until I had to tell her black beans. She barely put any meat in our bowls, night and day difference from just a few days ago, and she seemed to nervous like she didn't know what she was doing. Needless to say are bowls came out terrible and there was barely any meat and sauce. They were out of the veggies and I asked for veggies and she just dug out one or two from the bottom of the container. It was not good at all. Such a bummer because our 1at experience the other day was AMAZING.“
“If you want spicy, they got it. The burritos are huge, enough for two people. I prefer the burrito bowl. Makes for great leftover salads. Some days the meats can be dried out and other days it's perfect. But still a good deal for the price.“

“My wife and I love Chipotle. The food here is as good as any other franchise I have eaten at. The service is good. I am not a fan of the dining area. Which is fine because we always get our food to go. Never have to wait to pick up our order.“

“I have to give a shout out to Will who works at this location. I pre-ordered my meal at the wrong location when I showed up to pick up my food from Will. I was so frustrated with myself! Besides wasting my money at a location I didn’t have time to drive to, I was out on my dinner. Will, completely unexpectedly, paid for my new meal as I was waited through the line to re-order my meal! I almost cried! I have never witnessed or expected such incredible kindness! Thank you Will, I appreciate you!“
“This place is usually packed during peak hours (Lunch, Dinner, etc). Most of the time the food is hot or at least warm. Depending on if you order in store or in the app/3rd party.
Pro tip: Ordering extra Rice, beans, and other toppings usually doesn’t cost extra.
But if you’re ordering extra meat/protien, I’d highly recommend ordering the new protein sides of meat as it’s the same price as double protein/meat and you actually get more protein/meat than if you were to just order double protein.“
“The food and service are pretty good for the most part, although some of the servers skimp on the meat. Perhaps they should have a cup so that it's the same amount each time. There's usually a line, but I don't mind because it's usually steady.“

Their food is fresh and made right in front of you. Noon time is very busy so don’t come at rush-hour.

“I’ve been coming here for 3 years almost everyday after the gym and still continue to come till this day . They’ll sometimes under portion the food but if you ask for a little more they’ll give it you . There’s a guy who knows my order by head I don’t even have to say a word when I meet him at the counter . I forgot his name but he’s a very nice young man . There’s also an admirable Venezuelan girl with very very curly hair you can’t miss her . I suggest you have an 2 adult supervision on site throughout the hours to improve services someone at least 30 years old . Other than them running out of lemonade which is not a surprise it’s a very delicious popular drink . I give the restaurant a 4.5 . It has improve slightly over the years but still more work to be done . Adult supervision throughout the evening will definitely impact its services .“
“Hey, what’s going on guys? I had recently came into yawls location to get a rice and bean bowl with chicken and I had to oversee this guy. I believe his name is Lawrence. He has gold teeth. I couldn’t quite understand if he was the manager or not, but his personality was very outstanding hands-down.
