This place has NEVER gotten my mobile order correct. They always forget the kids meal fruit and milk in the bag. Tonight, they switched the meat without telling us and it was so spicy we could not eat the food. I reached out on the chipotlefeedback website and left a note there, no follow up at all, just a “thanks for letting us know” message. This location is awful.
I've been to this location a number of times. Service has been hit and miss on the welcoming and nice side. Out of the 4 times I've been here, the food surprisingly was good despite the restaurant ordering area looks like a tornado blew threw and the staff either never got the chance to cleanup or just filthy and let all the spillage over the counter tops. Decent joint that is open till a bit late - one issue with most Chipotle is the consistency due to staff turnover issues and I think this store was not as bad. Service was quick and we saw the bowl was prepared decently with all ingredients.
