wow what a disappointment. I completely understand staff and supply shortages but tonite, the line was extremely slow. there was no rice, no black beans, the only meat option was chicken (out of literally everything else), with no one preparing any other food. no forks at the counter, Manager tried telling me my lettuce was guac and charged me for guacamole and eventually took it off once I stressed to her that there was no guac. music was blaring, bathrooms were dirty yet smelled...read full review
