It takes a lot for me to take time and write google review, more over a negative one. But this situation should be addressed and hopefully upper management take action, my experience was my worst one of many restaurants that I frequently visit. The Restaurant is poorly managed, they need to take quick action before it goes downhill. That’s all I can say, to say the least.

I don’t wanna be a Karen but this is my closest Chipotle to my house. Can y’all please stop over - seasoning the fajita (onions) w so Much oregano. It ruins it. And it’s yuck . I’ve never been to a chipotle that I OVER uses the oregano like that.

Stopped in at Chipotle today for a chicken bowel salad today. The service was quick and pleasant but a blow to my budget. Customer be aware there is an up charge on the dressings for your salad. You get two at no charge, anymore than that is a $1 plus and you don't get a full cup of the dressing.

Employee at the Lake Nona chipotle on Narcoosee had a nasty attitude and served the food sloppy on my kids quesadilla. I’ve always gone to this chipotle and never had an experience like this with an employee this disrespectful.
