The moment I walked in, she greeted me with the biggest smile and complimented my outfit. That small act of kindness instantly brightened my day. Throughout my visit, she remained cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely kind to every customer who walked through the door.

Even when another employee was speaking to her about getting back to work, Jyla never lost her positive attitude or her smile. In fact, another customer even spoke up and said, “Don’t be like that. Even while you’re telling her what to do, she still has a smile on her face. We appreciate a little sunshine.” I couldn’t agree more.

People like Jyla are the reason customers come back. Great food is important, but genuine customer service and positive energy are what leave a lasting impression. I truly hope Chipotle recognizes what an incredible employee they have because she represents the company so well.
