We visited during an early dinner hour and had no wait. The staff took our order and filled it quickly. Normal experience and nothing outside what we are used to at this chain. Portions for the meat were certainly less than we are used to, but we still pay the same price. Will probably go back to our normal location in the future.
I come to this chipotle often and never really had issues. However, today there was a woman on the line who was chewing gum and blowing bubbles with it while making someone’s bowl. Then at some point she stayed at the register for several transactions, where she randomly just left the register and went outside to talk to someone in a parked car. Her coworkers were visibly bothered and stressed by her actions.
It was my first time coming to Chipotle. The restaurant is probably a good place is just unfortunately when I went that time it was just a bunch of teenagers working and seemed very lost and when I would ask about like just having rice for example, they were not really sure and they kept stalling because they were talking to each other and making joke. 😅
