“I mobile ordered a pizza so I could use a discount code. I arrived 20 minutes early and my order was already done. Pizza was good. The employee was polite. The establishment was clean. It was not a bad experience, but it was not a "wow" one either.“

“There was a little error on one of my past orders but for sure they deserve the 5 stars for having amazing managers like Angie & Alisha who both made sure that I was still happy. My pizza was completely replaced without hesitation & the level of friendliness exceeded my expectations. Ty to both ladies!“

“We are visiting from Nebraska. I ordered pizzas for the University of Nebraska Omaha cheer team. When I got there I realized I only ordered 10 and needed 20!! “I stopped in the Papa John's on Wilson Lake Road tonight for a carry out pizza and realized I had ordered it to be made at the Papa John's on Vine St. location. After calling the Vine St. location, the woman I spoke with said that although the pizza had already been made, they would take care of this cancelation and return my charge to my credit card. Although they had to figure out what to do with my order, this is what customer service is all about. She was very kind and she took care of me on the spot. I'm not sure who the woman was but I am very grateful that she turned my mistake and difficult situation into a problem solved for me. Thanks so much for helping me and I will be sure to get my order location right in the future!“
