“I placed a very large pizza order for pick up on 12/20/23 and called and spoke with the manager Mekhi. He was awesome to work with. I tried to order online and set up delivery but it said my delivery address was outside the delivery radius. I called and talked to Mekhi to confirm and he looked and said yes it’s out of our delivery range but he wanted to help me find a way to get it delivered for me. After discussing my order he offered to deliver it. I did not end up having it delivered because it was for one of my clients and I thought it would be best for me to deliver it. The 18 pizzas I ordered were coming out of the over right on time (10:55am). My who experience was top notch service from start to finish. The team had everything ready and offered to go above and beyond the normal call of duty. Thank you for such wonderful service!“

“The manager Robert was so pleasant and kind ! Employees are hard working and they are very quick making my pizza and wings ! My favorite papa Johns Bridget , and a young man named Austin stood out ! They were so nice everyone did a great job !Finally a nice papa joins store !“

“I had initially left a 1-star review due to a Shaqaroni pizza not being warm when I picked it up. The manager invited me to re-order another pizza at no charge. A few weeks later I went inside this time to order, so I would be there when it was ready.They didn't have the same promotion, so I ordered a thin crust with lots of pepperoni. Thin sure means thin, but that's what I ordered. It was hotter than the first one, but I've concluded that even if you pick up right out of the oven, pizzas just don't travel well. Since they don't have a dining room, I'm thinking fresh, hot pizza can only be found in a dine-in restaurant, unless I were closer.I'm thinking the first pizza I ordered may have sat for a few minutes, rather than longer which I had initially thought. Having ordered in person there and driving the pizza 7 miles and 12 minutes, it's just not possible for a pizza to stay warm that long. If you don't mind pizza that can't be served fresh, or if you are closer than me, then this location might be for you.Obviously, the manager is concerned about her customers and was very pleasant to me, so my customer service experience wasn't an issue here. I will say, if you're going to tip in the store like I did (and you should), do it when you order, because after you do, they will immediately be a bit more personable to you. I tipped $3 mid-way and the personality change it made was remarkable. I used to be a server, so I totally get that. A few dollars means more to them (on a per person basis) than it does to me or you, so give an extra dollar.I think they do their best here, given what they do, and whether an employee is jovial and smiling or not is irrelevant to your pizza. This is not a full-service restaurant and should not be compared to one. How fresh and hot your pizza is will be determined by how far it has to travel and how long that takes.For those that mention the delivery car sitting out front in the fire lane, that much is true. But if it were my pizza they were delivering, I wouldn't be complaining about it. I found not walking into it worked pretty well, so try that and see how it works out.“

“Short on drivers when I tried to order and it was later so the guy there offered to cancel since we couldn't pick it up, and we got refund and 50% discount. Situation sucked but no fault of their own. The guy on the phone did his best to accommodate and that's great service! Placed order ahead next day on app and food was great besides the marinara cups, most of them except one had slightly strange smell. A few upon arriving had the lids raised from pressure and had a vinegar yeast smell but not rancid. The one in the cheese breadstick box had no pressure at all and smelled only of tomato like how you'd expect. I used some of the marinara with the smell and was fine. Mightve sat before order was done and slightly changed. I cook all the time and it happens but doesn't mean it's bad, certain ingredients change smell from oxidizing or normal bacteria in it already, vinegar might be in the sauce too. It tasted fine no different, but if you have food that you're unsure about eating, don't! When in doubt throw it out. I wasn't fully in doubt because it smelled just a little different, not bad. Prob was less fresh than the other but they make so much food I understand, marinara often has that smell.“
