“Wonderful experience, placed an order through the telephone and was priced $17 but I noticed it was cheaper to place online. When I arrived I explained the situation to Joe the manager in the store and he was able to help me out and re-price the pizza for me not to mention it was fresh and hot when I got there. I really appreciate the accommodation and definitely will be coming back!!!“

“I ordered pizza and Oreo bites on Christmas eve at 7:51pm, turns out they were closing at 8pm and I didn’t even show up until 8:24pm. They even tried calling and texting and I didn’t see the call or message (DND was on) I had looked up to see what time they closed, due to the holiday, and it said 12am. But yes employees stayed and waited and I am so grateful and sorry that I was that person! Pizza was great and I hope this review makes up for things at least a little. “I ordered food for pick up July 19, 2025, when I got there only one person (Rebecca) was working, I have to commend her for her great personality and speed, orders were coming. And her took care of all four people in the lobby. My only question was why only one person working, again I thought she did a great job. Please get the lady some help especially at the busy times of the day.
Great job Rebecca and yes I would recommend this store on North Florida Avenue in Tampa Florida, they always do a great job. Two thumbs up and five stars!!!“

“The evening staff is amazing, fast, and friendly. Carry out orders need to be amended to allow tips at pickup, this area is not the easiest area to carry cash in. The food and service is always terrific, my best compliments to the night crew.“

“Editing my review after management intervention. They were very quick to respond and correct my issue I returned to the store today (about a month after the initial bad visit) and it was miles better this time around. Happy to see the quality and consistency that's normal from Papa Johns. I'm hoping my past visit was a one off.

Ordered carry out. $60 in food and paid in cash. Staff asked for my name 3 times after already handing me my order, struggled to provide my change. Drove home and opened up to the worst breadsticks possibly made. They are like burnt tree sticks. Pizza is average luckily! I go to papa johns because they typically have great consistency, this place does not. Wish I didn't pay in cash so I could get some kind of compensation back because there's no way I'm returning to this location. I highly suggest going to another location.
