“After having problems using a promo code (50% off) that was for online orders only, I called the store. The lady that answered went above and beyond to try and help me figure out how to use my promo code. She tried walking me thru where to enter the promo but for some reason my phone wasn’t showing the same screen she was seeing. Without hesitation, she took my order and gave me 50% off She was very polite and pleasant to deal with. Thank you Papa John’s! You have a wonderful employee. This order was taken on 2-3-26 at Upper Alafia store around 6pm. Hopefully the lady sees this review or reads it herself. She deserves praise.“

“Got a delivery yesterday, called after placing my order online. My son was in the NICU for 2 months and has cmpa on top of everything else going on and I've been dairy free for 3 months. I talked constantly about the first bit of dairy I want as soon as I get the go ahead from my son's GI team is going to be pizza! It's my favorite food. The team went above and beyond to make this the best pizza for me! Unfortunately my son ended up needing me the moment I got my delivery and I didn't get to eat it fresh but it was still good cold! “The people here really care about pizza presentation. It's usually cut right, never just thrown together, ample amount of toppings, etc. Someone last night sprinkled herbs beautifully over our pepperoni pan pizza, it looked soo nice when my husband brought it home!!! I wish I would have taken a picture. I know these are little things, but sometimes the little things matter. My husband orders from here a few times each month and they are pretty consistent. Thank you to the staff for putting care into what you do. We appreciate you.“

“If you’re ever in need of some delicious tasting pizza, Papa John’s is the way to go. I can’t believe I waited this long to realize how good and balanced their pizza is. It’s not too greasy or overly sauced, everything is portioned perfectly! Staff is friendly and helpful and I’ve never had any issues with ordering at any of their locations. They are always our go to place for pizza and I don’t go anywhere else. Thank you for your consistency and price! I love papa John’s!“
