Ordered 2 pizzas from the New Tampa location.Delivery time was perfect.Tipped the driver $5.Grabbed a slice of the pepperoni and I actually had to get an angle on the slice as I was t aking a bite because it was so tuff. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the delivery service on a Friday evening. Despite specifically requesting contactless delivery, Robert, the delivery person disregarded my request and knocked on my door, waiting for a response.After handing me the food, I thanked him politely and was about to close the door when he surprised me by giving me a receipt and a pen. I ordered a no contact delivery. I heard a knock on my door as I was getting out of the shower. When I made it to the door, there was no pizza. I checked my email and it said it was delivered. I called the store and was told that the driver knocked on my door and called me. I never got a phone call and as I said before- it was a no contact delivery. It should have been left at my door.
