Ordered 2 pizzas from the New Tampa location.Delivery time was perfect.Tipped the driver $5.Grabbed a slice of the pepperoni and I actually had to get an angle on the slice as I was t aking a bite because it was so tuff. I actually was rearing off a bite that was like cardboard.So im like what. Theres no way that the other pizza would be that tough.Bit into a slice of the other, same thing. Called the store spoke to Sterling who stated he was the manager, and asked him if there was a dough problem, and he said no,That thet kept their walk-in cooler between 56° and 60°. I am sure he misspoke. He said he would give 25,% off the next order.I said how about you come get your unconsumable pizza and refund my $41. Sterling said no, that is the best I will do. I thanked him and said goodbye. Bottom line. You cant get emplyees in the fast food sector who give a crap. Papa Johns failed.Was my favorite pizza.Didnt enjoy watching my grand children spitting it out at a birthday party.Shame on Sterling and theNew Tampa location.Thanks.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the delivery service on a Friday evening. Despite specifically requesting contactless delivery, Robert, the delivery person disregarded my request and knocked on my door, waiting for a response.After handing me the food, I thanked him politely and was about to close the door when he surprised me by giving me a receipt and a pen. He mentioned that the delivery fee did not include the tip, as if I wasn't already aware of that fact. After that, he DEMANDED a tip and even reacted with a snarky face when I declined.First and foremost, who is he to demand and coerce me into giving a tip? Tipping is entirely at the discretion of the customer, and I can choose to add a tip later on the app if I desire. Last time I checked, people tend to tip when they receive exceptional service, which was clearly not the case here. It was a display of remarkably poor behavior.I couldn't help but wonder if his conduct was influenced by my previous call regarding the incorrect sauce cup, which had been mishandled twice in previous delivery orders. This entire experience was utterly absurd. It is completely unacceptable that they disregarded my request for contactless delivery and demanded a tip. Inconsiderate staff.

I ordered a no contact delivery. I heard a knock on my door as I was getting out of the shower. When I made it to the door, there was no pizza. I checked my email and it said it was delivered. I called the store and was told that the driver knocked on my door and called me. I never got a phone call and as I said before- it was a no contact delivery. It should have been left at my door. Instead, the driver left with my order when I did not answer the door immediately. When I called the store, she hung up on me before I even got the chance to say anything.

I usually go to the one in lutz but didn’t want to drive I will never go to this one again it tasted like microwaved pizza from the night before. Cheese was hard and bottom was burnt I know it was bad because my kids love pizza and they didn’t want seconds at all!! Waste of $40 never again

Whomever the female GM of this location is SUCKS BIG-TIME!!! She's rude and nasty!! Only bonus to the store is Robert Burnett! He had to bring me our pizza 2x's because the GM kept screwing up and telling us we had attitudes! Robert, please get a job somplace that deserves you!
