I typically like to order pizza from here but what I am not happy with is when I ask for Blue Cheese for my wings and you guys completely forget it. This is like the 3rd time that this has happened. When the food is delivered without everything you ask for it’s irritating. Especially when you pay a few for delivery and on top of that you leave a tip as well. Please fix is Papa John’s. 🤦🏾♀️
Had a great experience at this location tonight. We had a bit of a wait, but Eric, the store manager, went above and beyond to make things right and was genuinely kind and professional the whole time. Customer service like that really stands out nowadays. The staff was friendly, the food was good, and you can tell they care about customers here.
