“Whoever is working tonight at 8pm (3/7/26) they need a RAISE! I come to this wingstop all the time and it’s usually complete chaos, everything’s dirty, my items are wrong, everyone’s running everywhere but tonight there was CLEANING there was polite guest service and after I thought I wouldn’t be a customer here again I’m definitely coming back! I didn’t get any of their names but there was about 5 ladies working - just want to shout them out !!“
“I went to Wingstop last Friday night and had an issue with my order, but the new shift manager (a Latino guy) stepped in right away and handled everything perfectly. He was super calm, respectful, and actually listened. He fixed my order quickly and even made sure everything came out fresh. You can tell he really cares about customer service. Definitely a big improvement!“
